[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — Non Renewal of Policy[protected] PLAN GOLD | |
Dear Sir I was holding a medi claim health insurance policy - "PLAN GOLD", Policy No[protected]. It was issued from Nehru Place New Delhi through agent Sriram- karol bagh-ncr, code [protected], SM Arnab Chakraborty[protected]. It was due for renewal on[protected]. I received a letter of intimation from Reliance General Insurance company stating premimum Rs 5572/- for 3 lakh health insurance of my family (Self+wife & 2 daughters). The previous premium was onlr Rs 4344/-. I gave ICICI Bank cheque no. 731321 dated[protected] to my agent Mr Rakesh on[protected]. I have contacted a number of officials e.g Rakesh, Sameer (by email), Mahendra ([protected]), Vikas Sharma ([protected]) and requested to renew my policy. BUT till date I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY INFORMATION. POLICY IS NOT RENEWED. NO INFORMATION OF CHEQUE. It is kindly requested to look into this case. i am reliance mediclaim policy holder, with ABN AMRO BANKmy policy no is[protected].i am having policy since 2007, my due date was[protected].ABN AMRO Bank staff contack me on[protected], for renuwal of policy for one year, i agreed to pay the amount.ABN AMRO BANK has send statement in my account Rs.555.47 dated[protected]FINANCE CHARGE -RETAIL)but still i have not received my reneval policy document, if any one of my family hospitalised than what i have to do.there is no reply from reliance policy staff.i am cotinous ringing but there is no reply, no body is lifting, i think i have waist my money in this policy.
