Sir my number is [protected] and i am totally fed up with the continuous deduction of money from reliance. I mean you guys are just sitting there to deduct money from the customer mobiles and put it in your pocket. We people recharge our mobile to talk in case of emergency and you just deduct money for no cause and on enquiry you give rubbish reason.
This whole reliance and ambanis are fraud peoples. Now you tell what to do.

Please please please its a heartiest request that please give my money back and cancel all the activation if activated by your executives on your order or i have to switch over to some other network.

Reliance GSM Service — Deduction of money regularly

Sir i dont know how my money is being deducted from the mobile.Its fourth or fifth time that my money has been deducted without any cause.
More important is that your customer care executives do not speak to us properly.They are all bloody sitting there and just don't know what to say.

Point is that approx 60 rupees has been deducted from my mobile on 10/08/2010. As far as my information is concerned i have never activated any caller tune or like that services ever in my mobile still on enquiry you tell that all services has deactivated and again either you guys do it personally or your software do it.So please see to it and return my money.

I would like to lodge a Compliant Against Reliance Gsm Service I Request you to
Please take this message as High Priority mail.FOr the Past Two Months,they are Cutting my
balance by Activating Caller Tones ,Ringtones,Music Box,with out asking the permission of
the customer.I even reported to the Customer care regarding this matter.They are taking it
very lightly.Just imagine ,if common man is cheated in this way,what willl be his loss....
this is why india is not developing ..Rich gets richer and richer ,poor gets poorer...Corruption
still Continues..Proper Justice should be given for this to all Customers.I am sure that i am not
the only Customer who is cheated in this manner.My Sincere request to this forum that plz. take legal

complaint against RELIANCE GSM SERVICE.
my name is rohit,
I would like to log a complaint against your service.i am using your connection from last one and half year and till now i am waiting for a good reponse.
On 14th of aug. nearly about 7.30, automatically my balance has been deducted from my account.i was trying to contact costmer care from two days but failed to do so because of busy network.finally i made a call on monday 16th aug. at 10.30 pm and got Mr. MANOJ online, he was from HARYANA.when i asked for my problem, he replied in negative and said "we are sorry, your problem has been occured due technical problem".then i asked to refund my bal. he said u must have to call within 48hrs of bal deduction.We can't be able to refund the balance."
Moreover i regretfully wants to inform you that this my third time when i am facing this problem and thats why i complaining for the bad service.check my details if you think that it is a wrong complaint.
i would like to here from you that is this the way to provide service to the old customer? is that the way the customer care executive talked with me.i want a revert call from on my issue within two days.after two day i am going to throw this SIM out and also never suggest anyone to use your service.

Reliance GSM Services — Rs. 90 deducted within one month without any information

Rs. 90 (ninety) has been deducted from my prepaid balance within one month , Rs. 30 (thirty) each time - 3 times without any reason or without any service activation. The call center service is so bad that it never receives a call.

Reliance GSM Service — No action has taken from last 25 days after 7 complaints.

SUB:Suffering from Reliance GSM Service & after 7 complain no ACTION is taken & economical and time loss as a student (Customer),

My Night pack 45 rs validity is going to over and till I didn't get this service from 25 days, after 7 complains still my Night Pack is not working and now only 5 days are more. Tell me who is responsible and what it has solution.

My Complain is still not resolved as my Reliance night pack 11 to 6 is not working from which i have made is 45 recharge for service .Due to this problem have lost more than 100 rs. balance deduction from my main balance and after big efforts no action is taken by Reliance communication and their customer care. As I am working student I am suffering from this economical loss.
What you want that I should left Reliance due to this service in-convince. Now I can't afford more these problems and if it is not solved very soon I will left this number due to your insufficient service for customer.

Please do action for this and give my all deducted balance from my main balance, I want to get it back. I am not responsible for your server down problem and now your customer are saying we are not able to track your call history till last 3 days.
Now its 10 days gone means You are not able to see my call history and balance deducted due to your server down problem I am your customer suffering from this service and due to this problem I am forced to leave this service.

If you not able to resolve this problem then please say to me no I will change this Reliance GSM service. Don't wast my time and money both. You have no such right for this to do with a customer.

I am attaching my all efforts but main problem is still in pending for resolution that is my night pack 45rs 11 to 6 is not working.

I am forwarding this email to related concern as my knowledge please take action against to this service provider. If It is not able to provide and solve the Customer Problem.
