i want tu jaane na song as my caller tune for my mobile

Sir i dont know how my money is being deducted from the mobile.Its fifth time that my money has been deducted without any cause.
More important is that your customer care executives do not speak to us properly.They are all bloody sitting there and just don't know what to say.

Point is that approx 30 rupees has been deducted from my mobile on 21/03/2011. As far as my information is concerned i have never activated any caller tune or like that services ever in my mobile still on enquiry you tell that all services has deactivated and again either you guys do it personally or your software do it.So please see to it and return my money.

Reliance GSM Services — getting subscription automatical without my concern

I am Manish Rao, a prepaid Reliance GSM Connection user.My number-[protected].
I dont know how VAS services automatically get activated on my number and when contacted to the Reliance Customer Care they did not took the responsibility of activating the services which i never requested.
Every month some or other features of VAS get activated automatically on my number and I get penalised for the same without making any request.
Apart from this, I am using sms pack(rs 39) which enables me to send 500free sms daily for a month, my default sms pack was about to renew on[protected] But due to low balance I went for rs39 E-recharge to renew my sms pack and was been quite amazed to find that my default sms pack has been disturbed infact has been changed from daily 500 free sms to daily 500 sms charging 1paisa per sms.
I dont know how this all is happening to me...
plz look into the matter as no action has been taken from the reliance customer care...

Reliance GSM — Deduction of money from prepaid account

I use Reliance GSM service. Reliance decuts money from my prepaid account when ever i recharge for 50 RS or more and for past few days they deduct money even when I recharge for 20RS. When i call customer care they say some packs are being enabled by me. according to them i am dialiing some * number and i am enabling some pack. But why would i enable something that i dont even need? this problem occurs even when i dont een touch my mobile for the whole day during office hours. I receive messages from reliance on the screen (and not to my inbox) and only option i get is exit from the screen. even when i click exit the pack gets enabled. Is this some kind of trick to get money from people. Reliance does not even give refund for the amount deducted. I have faced the same problem 3 times in this one week. I am continuing service with reliance just for the fact that they provide free std calls during the night. Please help.

i recharged again...but again i lost my amount...then again i foned...then i was told that u activated some astrology service...

neway...my sim card is lying uselessly now...no longer in use...i dnt use it ever...so der is no point of giving my no.here...neway thanx fr ur virtual response...
