Reliance GSM Service — poor service, money scam nd i dont have words for more to say

My mobile number is [protected].....it is a while now that i had taken this connection...every time i used to do a recharge...after making 2 or 3 calls my balance was always zero....so this time i decided to find the possible reason for the same.....so ccalled up to the contact center.where i spoke to some praveen who shocked me by informing that my health and music packs were active which i never subscribed to.....when i asked him that i wanted to speak to supervisor he told me that they were not available during night times as i had caled about 1 0 clock.....so then i called at 11 in the morning and heard the voice of somebody named pooja and came to know that there are no supervisors available.so i wanted to clarify following points.
1. how do these packs get activated by themselves?
2.who do these associates report to?i hope not anil ambani directly?
3.Is there any method in the world i can get my money back? or its being added to ambanis unlimited wealth?
4.if you want to activate a policy called DND supposedly do not disturb why does it take 45 days? seems like i am still in the stone age?
5.how come people are still buying these sim cards? i am so scared to recharge now that i feel all the money will be eaten away?
6. I also have a big tv at home is this the case with those services as well.
finally i would love to make a small documentry on my experience with your call centre is thre any way i can get those voice recordings to add to it? and I am goin to make sure it is reflected on some news channel and ofcourse social media and make all people aware about this issue. I seriously feel for poor people and their hard earned money. reliance undoubtely will be the king of crooks. my worst wishes should hit the company for sure

Reliance GSM Service — Wrong Balance Deduction

My Self Navneet Soni ([protected]).I am Complaining that balance has been deducted 1996 Rs.without any usage.Already complain has been launched but not given proper soluation by relaince.
Last Time I have recived one call from DAKC regarding this balance deduction and DAKC Agent Say's that your balance will be created in your account within 48 hours but till time not given balance.
check it and needful reply....

I am a reliance gsm subscriber.
I dont know why but last night 4 dec 2010 my mobile balance has been deducted to Rs -4 wheather i didn't make any call or sms. i hav been suffered from this problem before but I wont compalaint.
I have subscribed auto renewal of 1 paisa sms pack.
I want to know the reasons for balance deductinon. Thank you.

I came to know that my talk value (Mob No.: [protected]) is deducted an amount of 30/-INR on 16/12/2010.

When calling customer care executive, it was said that they had no solution for this & oppositely blamed me that I used a service at my own rate Of 'Astrology Type' (A Monthly renewable Service) on 15/12/2010. I have not even talked over a call since previous day. This I came to know it today when on my one incoming call, my mother asked me to call my younger brother & when I tried to call, system message was heard that I had insufficient balance.

I was awaken how it was possible while I saved my balance previous day around 20/-INR. It was an emergent call, I have to suffered & now while reporting complaint, I was oppositely said that The activated service is my own creation. It is absolutely wrong allegation with balance deduction. Neither I have tried for the service nor made its activation. It is the fault of their system error & they are blaming on me. The company has no solution for system generated faults then they must close their services. It is a very very poor way of stealing money by civilized people from an Ordinary man. I ask for my money refund in my account & a proper Final justice by Consumer Court against the service provider....

reliaance communication is a froud for me they activate the ringtone without my permisson and detect my money and when we call your customer care executives than they not listen and hold the phone so i can say that the this is totally froud

Reliance GSM Service — Unauthorized deduction of money from prepaid account

Hi,

This complaint is in regards with a fraud service and a huge scam run by Reliance on a large scale to dupe its mobile customers of deducting charges for some unknown services without taking any permission of the concerned user. I'm very sure that many customers may not have noticed this at all and this has been going on for long. I will share my experience here and would like other customers to pitch in if they have noticed or faced the same problem.

I'm using the Pre-paid Reliance GSM number [protected] in Noida, U.P. and usually recharge every month on regular basis. Recently I re-charged for Rs 222/= on 15th jan, 2011 and I had a balance of Rs 225/= approximately on that day. But within a week I noticed on 24th Jan, 2011 that my balance had reduced automatically to Rs 87/= even without making any significant call which could reduce my balance by Rs 140/=. When I contacted the customer care today they said that I had been subscribed to some service and a renewal fee has been deducted from my account for the same. This was really surprising because I had never subscribed/requested for any kind of service in last 1 year and when I inquired about the kind/features of this service, the customer care said that they had no idea what kind of service it was. Despite asking him many times, he couldn't tell me anything about the service and kept repeating that no matter what happens I can't get my refund. Then I asked the person to let me speak to his senior and then he put me on hold and later cut the phone irritatingly. I again rang back and discussed my problem with a new person this time, but he too gave me the same answer and then I again asked him to connect to his senior, and thankfully he did it this time. But the worst thing was yet to come and the most startling or shocking revealing happened to me when he told me that even he had no idea what kind of service it was.(he appeared drunk by his voice and it was of no concern to me but he couldn't explain or talk sense) All he said that it is some kind of an "Into-update" service that he could see in his system and he doesn't know the features/applications of this service. He again mentioned (by looking at his system) that a renewal fee is being deducted from my prepaid balance since last 2-3 months. And then I has realized that how big this fraud or scam is, because if a user had failed to check his balance everyday he may not even notice that he has been charged for some service that he never asked or wanted to use consciously.

When I asked him to refund my money, he said it won't matter at all and I can speak to anyone in the higher authority but I'll not get the refund at any cost. (Just FYI - this call center is located in Mohali)

So the net result is that I never subscribed for any service and despite that, my balance is being deducted every now and then for a service whose features is not even known to Reliance people. This clearly shows that reliance is minting money fraudulently by activating some unknown service (that is not even clear to reliance people themselves) on the user's mobile without notifying them about it and deducting money regularly in an unauthorized manner. In my case, this has been happening probably since last 2-3 months and I need the competent authority to investigate this scam thoroughly. At the end , I need justice for my rightful money refund and I don't want any false promises or insincere apologies from anyone.

Hoping to hear from someone who might give me a justice.

P.S.-> The nodal officer of Delhi/NCR is some Mr. Anuj (as per my tele-conversation with customer care) and I would certainly like to here from him on actions taken in this regards.
