Reliance GSM — Service failure

The Reliance Service is the worst i have seen. I have purchased the Reliance GSM ([protected]), and even after i have submitted complete documents, the SIM is not activated. It started working but after few days (or rather i would say i recharged with Rs.599/-), now it is not working. I don't understand why no message is coming. This is a complete crap service of Reliance. No information, no message, no idea when the SIM will work & when it will not. Now i have tried even by recharging with Rs.100/- extra but no solution.

Any clarification from Reliance. Need urgent solution.

Reliance GSM Service — unwanted services activation

I am user of Reliance GSM searvice from last 1and half years.
During this session there are a lots of deduction they made from my mobile no. the amount which has been deducted approx Rs. 1000/- and whenever i called them they just says sir don't worry in future you will never get like this problem.

And today when i called them they said same as mentioned above, and they ware using rubbish language as well.
today i got a so much tension so i am complaining about this problem.

So, please sir, I would request that take action against this services provider and try to do return my deducted money.

My Mobile no. [protected] converted from Airtel to Reliance GSM (Smart) under Mobile Portability Act. 1st process starts in 2nd April 2011. then not take action by reliance GSM then reprocess after 18th April 2011. Second week in May 2011 get welcome SMS through reliance GSM and connection started. My mobile no. [protected] had worked 2nd week of May 2011 to 06 June 2011. Incoming and outgoing call facilities had closed by reliance GSM on 06.06.2011 without information. I am in very loss cause of closing my number. I am business man so I am requesting for help. Who is the responsible my losses. I want to say that:-
• How to activate my SIM without document ?
• Mobile calling service withdraw without information why?
• Who is the responsible my losses in 4 days ?
• Who is the responsible for the document sending and entry ?
• Dealer says : I am sending your CAF (Doc.) Main Branch, Biskoman Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan, Patna. So, I am not responsible your documents. then who is responsible for my document ?
• All Reliance staffs in Patna says that, I am not responsible for your document.
• Ekram sir, Nodal Office, Patna, Abdul Nodal Office, Mumbai and Neelam Consumer related staff, Mumbai are helping for solve my problems but others staff not active.

Reliance GSM Services — Regarding uniform deductions by Reliance GSM services

I am using reliance GSM sim with mobile no.[protected] for last 2 years. from the last 3 months the operators themselves without intimating me, activate different services like jokes, callertunes, manta packs and made deductions for each service..each and every time i made calls to customer care in this regard, but they said sorry sir we will deactivate the services within 24 hrs but the amount will not refund the amount..I reported several times to them that the services will automatically activated and i lost almost 300RS/- form last 3 months. The operators were really cheating me...Plz solve my problem and take necessary actions on them.

I talk with customer care about my plan and i needed information on in .my mobile no is.[protected].Some person(Male)Pick up the phone and say stay in line i am just checking up and he cut the phone and then i tried a lot, i am getting a voice that the number is busy and i could not able contact customer care.and the tune coming before while calling customer care is not coming .Even the person to whom i was talking did not tell me his name.The time and date in which i talked over customer care is given here, Date 15/06/2011 at 9.39 p.m i called through *333.If customer care Executive are not supportive how could we gate help about the service.Now i am unable to contact customer care so how can i get rid of my problems.i am calling From Narharpur Region of Kanker District, Chhatisgarh-494333

Reliance GSM Service — Wrong and Disgusting solution of customer care

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2010. And my no is [protected]. From last 7 days I was unable to access the internet service. A error message come that was "Fail to the connect internet". I complain at customer care (198) about this problem they give me complain I.D.[protected] & told me that they will resolve complain within 3 days. But my problem was not resolved. I am very disapointed to you and your service.And i decided that I never use your service and not suggest to others. because my monthly internet rental pack of Rs-99 was bounce. So I want to go Airtel by MNP for it. please give me solution.

just follow the link that u r getting through that sms then scroll down u will find "disclaimer" option. now click on that option and scroll down u will find the way to deactivate this...

[protected] IN ROAMING BUT COMPANY IS DEDUCTING MY BALANCE LIKE RS.5/- OR RS.10/- WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION AND NO SERVICES ARE ACTIVATED BY ME AS I AM IN ROAMING SO UNABLE TO CALL 198 AND OTHER COMPANY NO. Reliance GSM Service — Automatic Balance Deduction - Reliance GSM Prepaid

Dear Sir,

I am Reliance Prepaid Customer ([protected]) using Blackberry BIS398 Plan.

I am facing immense problem regarding automatic balance deduction.

Today again my balance has been deducted by Rs. 69 without any notice.

I didn't activated any of the additional add-on packs like, Health Tips, jokes, caller tune etc.

The similar has happened to me thrice in this month.

I have called Customer Care twice but nobody was able to resolve my issue as well as take my complaint.

Please do the needful at earliest.

Reliance GSM Service — deduction of Rs 5 on daily basis for COD MOD

Dear Sir,
My mobile number +91 [protected] is unknowingly subscribed to some MOD VOD product of reliance wap service (wap.mauj.com).So a sum of Rs 5 is being deducted from my account on daily basis. I dont know what it is about but when I called and talked with the customer care executive I didnot get positive response. They said I have to deactivate it from my end and I m not able to do so. as a result a sum of Rs 150 is being deducted from my account till now. Please help me out as I have been suffering for around 3 months.
