[Resolved] Reliance GSM Smart SIM — sim replacement (at Bhubaneswar,orissa)
My maternal uncle Mr. Suresh Chandra Senapati has lost his mobile and hence the SMART simcard on 05th Feb. 2009. He also lodged a complaint in Town police station, Puri, Orissa where he is residing.
From 9th Feb. onwards I am trying to replace the sim card with another one, but all in vein.
My 1st visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar :
The reliance officials told me that Sim is not available now, you may pls. come after 2 days.
My 2nd visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar (after 5 days):
they told me that the sim profile is not complete, so i have to resubmit documents at Reliance office in Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
My visit to Reliance office at Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar[protected]:
I submit all the required documents and the officials there asked me to get the sim from sahid nagar branch as the profile is updated.
My 3rd visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar[protected] :
I told them that the profile is now updated and you can issue me a sim now, but after some investigation i was told that the profile is yet incomplete and sim card can't be issued to me. They suggest me to again contact the Surya Nagar office. The most frustating.
My 2nd visit to Reliance office at Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar[protected]:
They enquired and asked me to get the simmcard from the Purusottam Services, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar as the misunderstanding is solved out.
My 4th visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar[protected] :
After getting assurance from the Surya Nagar office, i came to Sahid Nagar Branch to get the sim.
But to add my frustation the madam sitting there told me that Sim cards are not available now and asked me to come after 2 days.
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have no interest in keeping a Reliance smart GSM service. Only problem that i want my contacts are back which are stored in the sim which get lost.
The more concern matter is that is this the way how a major player in Indian Telecomm. sector behaves to its customers and where is professionalism in Reliance communication ?
I request the Management of Reliance Communication to stop these kind of non-sense, cruel behaviours and attitudes in cheating the customer.
Hope you to act in a much better way.
