[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Smart SIM — sim replacement (at Bhubaneswar,orissa)

Dear Sir/Madam,
My maternal uncle Mr. Suresh Chandra Senapati has lost his mobile and hence the SMART simcard on 05th Feb. 2009. He also lodged a complaint in Town police station, Puri, Orissa where he is residing.
From 9th Feb. onwards I am trying to replace the sim card with another one, but all in vein.

My 1st visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar :
The reliance officials told me that Sim is not available now, you may pls. come after 2 days.

My 2nd visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar (after 5 days):
they told me that the sim profile is not complete, so i have to resubmit documents at Reliance office in Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar.

My visit to Reliance office at Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar[protected]:
I submit all the required documents and the officials there asked me to get the sim from sahid nagar branch as the profile is updated.

My 3rd visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar[protected] :
I told them that the profile is now updated and you can issue me a sim now, but after some investigation i was told that the profile is yet incomplete and sim card can't be issued to me. They suggest me to again contact the Surya Nagar office. The most frustating.

My 2nd visit to Reliance office at Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar[protected]:
They enquired and asked me to get the simmcard from the Purusottam Services, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar as the misunderstanding is solved out.

My 4th visit to Sri Purusottam services, sahid nagar[protected] :
After getting assurance from the Surya Nagar office, i came to Sahid Nagar Branch to get the sim.
But to add my frustation the madam sitting there told me that Sim cards are not available now and asked me to come after 2 days.


Dear Sir/ Madam, I have no interest in keeping a Reliance smart GSM service. Only problem that i want my contacts are back which are stored in the sim which get lost.

The more concern matter is that is this the way how a major player in Indian Telecomm. sector behaves to its customers and where is professionalism in Reliance communication ?
I request the Management of Reliance Communication to stop these kind of non-sense, cruel behaviours and attitudes in cheating the customer.

Hope you to act in a much better way.

I, My self vivekananda mahato became the user of Reliance GSM Service on the date of 8 march 09.

Batch:447081.
On next day I recharged my account by Rs.496 for using of smart to smart free chatting service but problem is that when i use this sim to talk with smart to smart then main balance reduced. Till now it is not activate.
When I complained to the customer care executive then they told that sir I noted your complain and your problem will be solved within 24 hours or 48 hours. Some customer care executive told that you again recharged your account with 496.Is it right way to talking with customer. I am also a management student and i learnt that customer is king and i know very well that how to convince the customer. I really frustrate due to your irresponsible behavior. Is it a service of a major player of Indian telecom?
Then I think really your service grow up day by day.

I think my language is not suitable for you but please you think if you are on my place. I really sorry but I am only express our frustrate view regarding your service.
If Rs.496 service is not work properly then its no need to keeping smart gsm service. I really fed off to listen your problem will be solved within 24 hours. Even someone told that wait 30 min for our call and I am waiting that call till now.
what is it shows? Really its shows that the fine way to handle the your customer. Keep on that and grow up.

I request to the management of Reliance Smart GSM Service don't take it as negative. Customer feed back is a major part to marketing so take it as a positively but one thing you must stop these kind of non sense, cruel and rudely behaviors and keep in mind that cusomer is not foolish so please stop cheating of the customer other wise they should go to consumer forum.

Hope you act in proper way and providing a positive responce.

I've not One or Two Problem with This GSM Service which can be Explained ...
It's UnExplainable when I was Using this GSM.Now I handed it Over to my Sister where this GSM Problem didn't Left it's Continuition of Vulnerability and Nuisense Still what I got 2 Know.

Now I'm Residing @ HYD since 15 Days, since Got a JOB.

It's True that Customers are facing Trouble Much Very ... which Leads To a point of Hesitation either in the way of Taking a new SMART Connection or Even Using a SMART Service who are on the Way of SMART.

It's Not Fare Actually.
Please Take Care of Your Customers... It's Not a Complain or Depression Notice to Anybody.Just Pleading UR kind Attention towards the Troubles of your Customers in a Sympathatic Way.

Reliance GSM Smart Sim — services are on hold

i have purchase smart sim card 7 months ago and i have activated it for life time prepaid connection worth rupees 199. but from today it is not working and saying that services are on hold and number is out of service.
i request u kindly check it and activate again my cell.

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service. my mob.no is [protected], some day before regularly a message has been comein in my mob "Rs. 5 has been deducted from your account. you will receive alerts of cricket match schedule." and deducted my account regularly. plz donot deducted my account, because i have no interest about this matter.

i am a prepaid customer. i brought a reliance gsm sim 1 month ago.

Reliance Communication/ GSM sim — sim reject only 15 days

Sir, I purchase a Realince GSM number in july. But my sim reject just 15 days and when i contect Realince Web Word castumo care exucative told me that this is januan falt we are not responsible for it. You pay 100 rupees and collect a new sim, but i want to know sir what is the responsibility of company? This is not my problem many other castumor suffer this problem and anybody does not want to take resplonsibility.
Sir, please take any action for this company.
Dear Sir,

I had purchased a new SIM CARD for mobile No. [protected] on 09.09.09 from Angul Distt. I had submitted all necessary documents to that vendor.
On 19.09.09. I got a SMS from 52811 stating Outgoing & incoming call deactivated. I was surprised by seeing that message & after repetitive calling on customer care I came to know that my documents were not submitted in office till date.

At present, I have called many times that vendor & your person who collects the documents but still all these processes are helpless.
You will really appreciate that these discrepancies are arising in Orissa state though being a well reputed RELAINCE leading customer dissatisfaction & further market crashing.

I request you to please look into the matter or please advise me to migrate some other operator whichever is better than RELIANCE SMART SERVICE.

dear sir,
i use your gsm service in gujarat.
i live in VERAVAL SOMNATH city which is in gujarat so there is lots of NETWORK PROBLEM. we can't talk in our house. th network is very POOR. and i also complain through the customer care but there is no response. so i wish there will be change in your service shortly.

reliance india mobile GSM sim — non issue of sim because of non availability of blank sim since last 15 days

My Sim was missplaced . after filing a FIR in the gomti nagar police station i went to the Reliance web World to Get my Duplicate sim but they have not issued the same just making the excuse that we do not have a blank sim . they call me every day and their day has not come till date.i m sick of their execuse as due to the delay, i am fecing many loses . do please help me and guide mr for the same.
