[Resolved]  Reliance Healthwise Policy — Delay in reimbursement of Mediclaim

Dear Customer Support Dept,
I am policyholder of Reliance Healthwise policy, which is provided by my organization as medical benefits. I am really fed-up with the TPA response (E-Meditek Solutions). I was admitted to hospital in the month of August 2008 and submitted all the documents through our organization agent by September 17, 2008.
Now, E-Meditek Solutions have rejected my file due to documents receipt on October 16, 2008 i.e. expiry of 60 days. And moreover, my policy has been renewed for another one year.
I wasn't expecting such a response from Reliance Co. After having such a bad experience I don't think anyone will go for Reliance Health Policy.
I don't know what to do with this useless policy, for another year. If these complaints are really forwarded to the Reliance General Insurance (rather than any third party being outsourced), then please revert back as soon as possible.
