[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — Tower problem

Sir,
this is to inform u that i have already complained many more times but the tower problem of my area not solved. this area is highly populated due many colleges are located here and offcorce many of the people prefer RIM because it's cheap rate and low cost handsets. I think that tower capacity must be increased. I have just talked to a customercare representative with same problem i wanted to register my complain.His name was SANTOSH adviced me to switch off my mobile and restart it .I requested him that i am a representative only for this problem this problem is not only mine.but he was not ready to register my complain.please if this ID is valid and u r able to do something then do something. and please tight the customer representatives to do their job properly my area is NEAR KUSHABHU THAKRE UNIVERSITY, BEHIND NIT, INFRONT OF RAVISHANKAR UNIVERSITY, KOTA, RAIPUR, CHHATTISGARH
