I had a reliance mobile with plan of 299 + rim to rim free pack+ freedom at night internet plan, to change my plan to higher plan as no use of rim to rim pack for me as such i made a request at call center that cancel all my earlier plans including rim to rim pack; they made a change to my plan 395 which i requested, when i saw the next bill i was suprised to see my rim to rim was still active, calling at call center they told me to that it needs separate complaint request to cancel rim to rim pack which was not made clear at the time to change to plan, So they told me they cannnot help me.
I immediately told call center guy to cancel my connection as this is cheating with me, he immediately generated cancellation request it shows reliance is not interested in customer service as very old customer is going away.
As a part of settlement I was informed by web world fellow that i have to pay dues and your wrongly charged rim to rim charges will be send back to you.
Two days back i got a call from web world that reliance will not pay me the rim to rim pack reversal unless and untill i make a complaint to call center i.e reliance says there is no complaint on customer part. so web world fellow told me to take a case id from call center.
I was great fan of reliance but today i will not recommend any body to go for relinace mobile or netconnect card.
I have netconnect card that is also a great cheating chapter i am not be able to download as my download speed will be 4 to 5 kbps against reliance claims that of 15 to 30 kbps.there is not network problem at all as i was using with the mobile freedom at night from years.

Dear Sir,
My department Professor. R. Raman is using reliance pre-paid mobile connection from long time. Since last two days his mobile ([protected]) is completely out of order. However, the validity and balance of the mobile is as on[protected]. The last recharge of the mobile is 16.6.09 for Rs. 151 & 201. In this context please do the needful urgently and oblige me.

ya Reliance call centre is uselees .What the hell Reliance management is doing.They are not at all improving the quality of their call centres. reliance call centres are running in a random manner. there employees are timid.

Reliance India Mobile — Connection Cancelled By Reliance India Mobile

This is GVS Swaroop forwarding this complaint on behalf of Subhadra Lenka who is working in Chennai. The complaint goes as follows:

On 14th August, suddenly Subhadra's RIM connection numbered : [protected] was cut. She could not figure out what the problem was as the next two days were holidays and when she tried to lodge a complaint in the customer care they too didnt help her. So, on Monday, she went to Reliance web world in Porud, Ponumalee road, Chennai to enquire what had happened. They initially told her that they will look into the matter and didnt provide any satisfactory answer. they said that her phone will be activated in 48 hours.
But even on wednesday, when it didnt activate she again went and this time was told that the reliance people have misplaced her documents, so they have cut her connection -- simply awkward that they have misplaced her documents which was their fault, but penalised her for that by cutting her connection. She was asked to resubmit all her documents otherwise her phone will not be activated.
Then on friday, she submitted her documents at Porud, Chennai web world and since then has been making rounds of that web world but till date her mobile connection has not been activated. Everytime she goes, they give her another 24 hours. I dont understand how they can take customers for a ride like that. Its been 12 days since her mobile connection has been cut but till now the people out there are showing no inclination in getting the work done and now they are even giving free suggestions to her to go to the headquarters and get the work done by herself !!!. I dont understand then why are these people sitting out there and being paid for no good reason.
This is really ridiculous and shows their apathy towards their customers problems. For the last 12 days we could not connect to her properly because of this. If the reliance people have lost her documents, they should have informed her well before time and taken it and renewed them instead of cutting her connection without informing and informing her only after she made 3 rounds to the web world. This is a very sorry face that reliance is putting up. I am extremely unhappy and angry at this apathetic and lazy behaviour of the people at web world.
I am getting reguler missed calls from a reliance opretor ([protected]),
could any boy please look inti this matter and poide me details for that no. so that i could complain to COPS.

Reliance Mobile — to block my rim to rim service

I recharge my reliance mobile which no is [protected] 6 april 2010 at 7:53 pm with 249 this stv service is RIM to RIM free. But since 8/4/2010 my service is blocked. i complain to custmor care of reliance office but they are not agree to write my complain on mobile, then 9/4/2010 i go to the reliance office then they write my complain and give me the complain no[protected] and said to me within 48 hours your problem will be solve. after 48 hours when i call them they r not giving me proper answer. when i asked about my service u r refund my balance and validity they r not giving me proper anser and my custmer care service is also bloked and i m suffring due to them. i am a student that who are prepration for comptitive exam.
After many try s i giving complain. kindly proceed on my complain as well as soon.

Reliance Mobile — call center executive are worse

1. there is always a congestions prob
2. on 18.02.2011 i got the message from relaince that pls ensure enough bal on ur sms scheme.
3. i talked to customer care that "i have got this message" kya mera bal deduct hoga. he replied "nahin"
4. next day on 21.02.2011 my bal was deducted for message scheme..which was not subscribed.
5. when i talked to customer care "he said technical problem hai" baad mein cal kijiye..
6. when again i called customer care and asked hin about my complaint "he disconnected the phone" without responding
7. when i called customer care de disconnect my call saying "reliance mein sampark karne ke shukriya" without entertaining me..

my bal has was just rs 19. its not a big issue.. but every month i face one or the other is a worst..its proved..unethical ways of earning money..
Very true. The same happens with me also. No one can cheat as reliance are doing with customer.

Reliance (RIM) — About mobile service

I am using reliance SIM (Prepaid) from last 4 months. From that time I am facing probelem with unwanted services activated by them without my permisson & they deducted amount from my balance. This is happen whenever I recharged my account. I have activated DND services also. But calls & SMS are comming time to time. When I called up to custemer care they used to say "Our system is showing that you have activated this services from you head set ". I always said I don't want to avail this type of service. Please don't activate from your side otherwise I will change the service provider by using Porting service but they are doing what they want to do.
Really I am fadeup with the reliance service & want to stop the service & suggestting everyone don't use this service. They offer lucrative terrif but when they deduct your amount it will be a higher than other service.

I have been using reliance connection for more than an year.
From the past few days, some balance gets deducted from my main account due to automatic activation of some services which your customer care executives say has been activated by me.Its happening over and over again and I am losing my money each time.
I am fed up of reliance. Kindly do the needful if customer satisfaction means anything to you.

Sir me Katni(M.P.) me reliance-communication gya bhaha madum ne mujh se Meri Votal ID magi aur 100 Rupey Bhi aur new simcard di aur kaha ki 4 gante me sim card chalu ker diya jayega. Sir jub mera simcard 4 gante me chalu nahi kiya gya to me 20 din baad reliance-communication gya to madum ne kaha ki apki naam per sim nahi hai. isliye aapki na sim chalu hogi na aapka paisa bapus hoga. aur Sir vo hamari bat sunne ke liye bhi tyar nahi hun. 3g internet speed

my reliance data card is closed for excess bill amount after pasi all dues reliance send last full and final bill . but i am pay all bill when convert the data card postpaid to prepaid then hows it cames
