[Resolved] Reliance India Mobile — Call Center service is worst
I had a reliance mobile with plan of 299 + rim to rim free pack+ freedom at night internet plan, to change my plan to higher plan as no use of rim to rim pack for me as such i made a request at call center that cancel all my earlier plans including rim to rim pack; they made a change to my plan 395 which i requested, when i saw the next bill i was suprised to see my rim to rim was still active, calling at call center they told me to that it needs separate complaint request to cancel rim to rim pack which was not made clear at the time to change to plan, So they told me they cannnot help me.
I immediately told call center guy to cancel my connection as this is cheating with me, he immediately generated cancellation request it shows reliance is not interested in customer service as very old customer is going away.
As a part of settlement I was informed by web world fellow that i have to pay dues and your wrongly charged rim to rim charges will be send back to you.
Two days back i got a call from web world that reliance will not pay me the rim to rim pack reversal unless and untill i make a complaint to call center i.e reliance says there is no complaint on customer part. so web world fellow told me to take a case id from call center.
I was great fan of reliance but today i will not recommend any body to go for relinace mobile or netconnect card.
I have netconnect card that is also a great cheating chapter i am not be able to download as my download speed will be 4 to 5 kbps against reliance claims that of 15 to 30 kbps.there is not network problem at all as i was using with the mobile freedom at night from years.
do not go for reliance.
