[Resolved]  Reliance Money — INSTA TRADE SYSTEM NOT WORKING WITH ME

for me also instatrad is not working some time its opeen and work but most of the time its not wokring
after converting it to JAVA its worst than previous

In my system intratrade is not working but i have insta trade software in my system.please clarify my doubts.I am a reliance client

I have Dmat account with Reliancemoney. Insta trade is not working properly it is not displaying the stock prices
grids are empty except scrip names... when i contacted reliancemoney customer care they said that everything is ok from there side and advised me to contact hathway ISP(my ISP is hathway) regarding the problem i dont understand how they are going to help me in this regard. I have IE.7.0 and JAVA 1.6
is anyone able to work with instatrade with ISP hathway?

iam aiso face prolem to long in instatrade . worst part is that where to complain .idid not know.because they close call center ane mail id did not work.

whenever I enter to trade through Insta trade platform
my login rejected.
but there is a an another Trade now platform accept me.
