[Resolved]  Reliance Money — Improper transaction (Fund Transfer)

RelianceMoney — improper transaction

Undersinged paid Rs. 500/- to open the account. I was told that for corporate there is no demat account opening charges.

After getting the account opened, it was observed that the limit card is valid for only 2 months.

On complain reference (QRC Number- 452231) , i was informed on 15/12/07 that the bi-monthly limit card is converted into promotional 500 yearly scheme.( limit card CRM:03481066 & Limit card updated

To my surprize, Rs. 500/- was debited from my ledger balance. Though complained there was no response. I deposited Rs. 26500/- in ledger balace to apply for reliance IPO worth Rs. 25875/- . Rs. 125/-

was balance after this transaction.

Now , on 31st , Rs. 125/- is also vanished from my account. The ledger balance is zero. Hence, I have lost Rs. 625/-. I have soft copy of ledger balance statement for all these transaction. I can send by mail.

I do not know where to complain.

Really reliance service is very poor.
Dear friend Rs 12 Per transaction will be deduct for franchisee while you are trading by your on system without help of any franchisee.
I am a patient of the above case .
They(Reliance money) will deduct the amount very indigently i.e. after one year as a mandate charges. This is a type of cheating.
If the deduct the same after each trading than a customer will ask them about that mandate charges. and then a customer may take corrective action. But they (R Money) deduct the mandate charge after one year so that you (customer may not able to take any corrective action. From my account Rs3396 has been deducted by this way. and now I fail to take refund as they tolled that this will not refund and you apply for cancellation of mandate charge in hard copy with sign . after applying hard copy I have requested that please send me a hard copy of confirmation but till now I have not received the same . So friend please be careful with such type of losses.

Yes it is TRUE.. metoo have face the same problem. but my case is bit diffrent i have given a request to cancel mandate charges and it WAS cancelled,

But after a month am receiving the same charges till now. again i have i posted a mail reg that. if they fail to sort out the problem this time . definetly i ll do what to do and with whom..!
