PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION NO 1060204 WHICH WAS APPLIED IN DECEMBER. I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED MY STARTER KIT . THE CHEQUE HAS BEEN CLEARED ON 07TH OF FEB. I HAVE FILLED THE APPLICATION FORM TO OPEN DEMAT ACCOUNT ON 28 MARCH 2008 AND GIVEN A CHEQUE OF RS.500/- IN FAVOUR OF RELIANCE MONEY LIMITED AND THAT CHEQUE IS CLEARED FORM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON 22 MAY 2008.DESPITE OF REGULAR FOLLOW UPS FROM LOCAL OFFICE AND CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE, R-MONET IS NOT ABLE TO OPEN UP MY DEMAT ACCOUNT TILL DATE 10 JULY 2008.PLS SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CONDIION.I AM ALSO REQUEST TO ALL OF YOU TO BE AWARE IN FUTURE FOR THE SAME.Reliance Money — No response from Reliance money people after collecting the check.
I have applied for Reliance Money accont, Mr. Abiji Collected my form and check on 11thJun08. After that there is no response from those people. if i called those people, they are not responding properly. I called Mr Abiji on Mid of July.He is not at all responding my queries properly.I called the customer support their statement and the Reliance Money Banshankari people statements are not matching. Finnally i decided and called banshankari Reliance Money people for cancel my application and refund my Advance i paid. almost 3 months over there is no proper resonse from them, if i called them they are saying it will take 3 weeks. ... 4 weeks ..Guyz Beware of Reliance Money, They will not take care after u paid the money, they will not resond properly after your amout credited their account, those people aim is to achive their target. not a service.

Reliance has a call centre and they are just dummies who can just forward complaint...Not a single person from Relaince Money has called me for sorting out a transactional Issue, for a complaint given on 26th of Feb...
Call centre chaps are just a mere shields...they are guys who can just guide on how to buy a share and how to sell the share on internet buit are not empowered to take a small decision...
I chose this crap over icicidirect as ther was a small waiting period for the later..but i relaise it was a mistake...
My suggestion to you is get you application fee back and go for demat with some other on line guys

Reliance Money Demat Account — I can't use my account
I am really annoyed with RM. I can't sell my securities, I can't withdraw my money. Even the customer service number 39886000 is disconnected, don't know what to do. I have over 2 lac worth of securities with them, which I can't even access, please God help me!- Roshan

My DMAT account is been debited twice by Rs 1000 as Bimonthly plan, which i never had selected as my option. I have selected Rs 500 - PR (per year 500Rs.)I have written mails to customer care and grievance cell, however, there is no response.
