[Resolved]  Reliance Money - Demat & Olt A / C — Delay In Opening Account

It is so disgusting to know that at the time when companies are being forced for 'KYC' compliances, the response from few officials / organizations is going from bad to worse. One such instance is of one Mr. Nandi (I am not sure of his surname) of Reliance Money from Banshankari branch of bangalore. Let me first summarize the whole stroy - i applied for a demat and Online Trading Account with reliance money on Jan 24th and till today there is no trace of the account and my cheque for the initial deposit of Rs. 750 also got cleared on the Feb 4th.

The official - Nandi Kumar who seems to be a manager agrees that yes the backend is very poor rather than coming forward with a positive approach to resolve the issue. Interestingly there is no communication flowing back from Reliance Money and it was upon my calling only to customer help desk, i realized that there was a small issue in the form which can be rectified. Till this moment, there is no resolution to this issue - i have not been told what is to be done from my end and my Rs. 750 are still blocked with them

Reliance Money — Delay in Opening Demat + Online trading account

I had applied for Reliance Money Demat & Trading Account in beginig of November with application no 648075. I had also provided all the details viz. Photographs, Pan card copy, address proof, and application money chaque for Rs 500.

My chaque was encashed on 6th November 2007. I have since visited Reliance Money office lodged a complaint with complaint no 433446. I have called their customer care no[protected] many times and have been given assurance of "looking into it" to "will be done in next 2-5 days" many times. I have also written to customer grievence and customer support email id's of reliance money quoting complaint no. but no response is forthcoming.

It has been more than 1and half month which much more than "resonable time required to open this account". Please help me get the money refund and for the cost of follow up and opportunity lost due to such extra ordinary delay on their part.

Reliance Money — Opening Demat Account

Dear Sir
I Have applied for a Reliance Money Account more then 45 days ago. They debited my money on 19 feb 2008 from Axis Bank cheque no 50968. but I have not got my demat till now.
I have also booked one complin for this complain no 766505 on dated 28 feb .They told me I will get my account till tues day.
The sad thing is that though I have given several mail for that ,i have not even get a single reply.
When i am calling to customer care (mumbai)no body is responding also.

Kindly tell me what to do?

Dear Sir,
I applied for Reliance Money Demat A/C almost an year ago and paid Rs 1250 as Account opening cash but till date I have not even received any confirmation about my demat account nor any assurance about its opening in future. When contacted the office bearers told that the agent who has done my case has been transferred but what I have to do with that. I have my business with Reliance Money


i need to open dmat accout and i want to join in share marketing what about the details, kindly please send me
