Reliance Money Ltd. — Demat A/c is not opened since 2 months

RelianceMoney — Demat account-not yet activated

Iam here to inform you that my demat account(Application number:1005341) in reliancemoney has been not activated yet and I wish to activate the same.sorry for the late .I humbly request you to do the same as early as possible.

i have taken demat account on 14-Feb-2008, i have given a cheque for 750/- they have deducted from my account. while i am trying to see my application status every time it is showing no data available. What it means i don't know? wheather my application is procced or not? it's almost half a month completed.

Reliance Money Ltd. — Not received the letter for demat account activation

Not recieved my demat account details even though Rs 750 has already been debited from my account in early january.

It has been about two months passed but I did not recieved welcome kit sofar although Cheque of Rs 750/-in favour of reliancemoney for opening account charges is already has been cleard on dated 29/02/08 as per my bank statement.in this regard please do the needfull at your side.

Before 10 days persons came to my house and collected Rs.750/-cheque drawn on bank of baroda and also ration card copy and pancard copy but till date i have not received any dmat a/c no and login password or what ever you provide for operating on line trading

Reliance Money Ltd. — Squared off positions without informing

Dear Sir,
I am Rajiv Choudhary. I am having online trading account with Reliance Money. My User ID is RACH0493 & Trading Client ID- R00063950.DP ID[protected]. I had a open position in the put options, which was squared off on 27th Oct 2008 without informing me. I did not get any margin call. My e-mail was also deactivated. I am a regular trader in F&O market with good understanding of the markets & instruments. But this time I have incurred a loss of Rs 1, 60, 000 on the current transaction. I had arranged money for further infusion in the account but when I opened on 28th Oct'08; my all positions were squared off that too at the highest intraday price. This is not acceptable from one of the top brokerage houses in India. There have been similar instances in the past as well. I had registered a complaint of this instance to the customer care of Reliance Money but have not yet received any response from the authorities. My compliant ID was QRC 1782838. I had also suffered other losses in F&O segment due to uninformed squaring of my positions. I have attached the trade details alongside for your reference. The details of the transactions on which I have suffered losses are as follows:

1. Transaction Date: 30th Sep 08
Open Position: Short 600 Nifty futures
Loss incurred: Rs 48877.

2. Transaction Date: 27th Oct 08
Open Position: Written 200 Nifty put option with a strike price of 3300
Loss incurred: Rs 160000.

3. Transaction Date: 2ND Sep 08
Open Position: 550 Nifty Futures long
Squared off 300 futures
Loss incurred: Rs 45, 000.


Total loss –Rs 2, 53, 000 (approx)

I am going to file a case in the 'Court of Law' and SEBI for relief. I have been harassed by Reliance Money & my financial position has been severely hit due to mistake made on your part. I need the concerned authorities to reimburse my loss of Rs 2, 53, 000 immediately; otherwise I will take stringent action against Reliance Money. I have already registered compliant with SEBI in this regard.
