[Resolved]  Reliance Mutual Fund — Systematic investment rejection

Respected sir, I am a investor in reliance mutual fund, a product of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group, from last three years i used to invest in my wife's name folio no is [protected] from last 6months reliance company is deducting money from my bank a/c no SAVINGS [protected] State bank of India but in a/c statement it is showing systematic investment rejection, i also complained in reliance mutual fund regarding this matter but they are not willing to accept their fault they used to blame State bank of India so i feel confused in this matter where i can go i still don't know where my money gone, my pass book tells the story that money went to reliance mutual funds a/c, so anyone please help me regarding this matter my phone no is [protected]

Reliance Mutual Fund — No release Invest fund (Reject)

Dear Sir. I would request to consumer forum about my invest in Reliance mutual fund. I invest in jan-2008 in Reliance Mutual fund though Axis bank (Area Code : 503) Rs. : 25000/-.

• Scheme Name : Reliance natural recourses Fund (G)
• Account No : [protected]
• Invest Rs. : 25000/-
• Invest in Yer : Jan-2008.

The issue is when I request to RMF at local office Indore on dated: 24/8/2009, 27/8/2009 & 8/9/2009. But every time company has reject my request for the redemption & Not credited amount in my bank a/c. nor issue the cheque in my favor.

The matter is as company my signature mustache with record of RMF. I many time request to the company representative for the verify my signature as which type error in my signature. But they have declined my request and told we cant shown to you your signature with our record. And any no proof provides me by company.

I again original document submitted to RMF local office with my original signature verification with seal & Sing. By My Current bank (HDFC BANK LTD.) But company again reject my request. And not issue my invest amount.

I want to help on this matter from side of consumer forum. And I want to my full amount as earlier as soon.

I invested in Reliance media & entertainment fund (growth) folio no:[protected]. On 8th september they rejected my redemption. I was again rejected redeemption 4 days later. The reason stated was signature mismatch on both occassion. This guy Mr Reddy in Karvy copmutershare seems to be a crook to me. He deliberetly rejects redemptions on one ground or the other with the intention of pocketing the gains from the fund when its value rises and will accept its redemption only if the value falls. The difference between the high and low goes into his pocket. Otherwise why would he reject redemptions 2 times in a matter of 5 days on flimsy grounds and from a genuine investor. I didn’t receive any Cheque of IRS 6780.00 dated 30/10/2009 from Reliance Mutual Fund.
The attached letter was received on my India visit on Aug’2010.
I purchased this Reliance Mutual Fund thru AXIS Bank Kolkata HQ, AC # [protected]
Account AC # [protected], AXIS Bank in Kolkata HQ was closed two years back
If the Cheque is directly transferred the AXIS Bank Kolkata HQ, then the Bank should return to the Reliance Mutual Fund or transferred to my present Acoount .

The above letter faxed to Reliance help desk several times but no response
Reliance mutual fund redemption or withdral or cancellation form where can i receive it. Reliance site disabled that option
