[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — RCV data voucher recharged but netconnection not happening | |
Sir I have a basephone Number [protected] model Reliance Classic 33. Iam using datacable of reliance netconnect for internet services. I was able to connect to internet through recharge vouchers of 20 hours, 50 hours etc butvrecently on 28.08.08 i recharged with RCV data voucher Rs 999 unlimiyed offer pack for 1 month but couldnt connect to internet any more . they said that i dont have money ibn my prepaiod account so first I should recharge that so I recharged the prepaid account and now I can connect to internet but they are charging me 60Paise/ min from the recharge account itself instead of the Rs 999 / month pack. So a s you can understand that my Rs 999 has been all lost. the Reliance communication gobbled my hard earned money. I made several complaints but of no use. now whenevr I have to do internet I have to use recharge vouchers inspite that I have already given them Rs 999 and they also confirm thr same. Step 1:
