Reliance Power Ipo — Non receipt of Refund amount

I applied for 225 shares of Reliance Power IPO with following details.

Name of applicant: Suresh Kumar Arora
Bid/appl. form no.: 5 8492881 (should it be read as 58492881
or 8492881)
Cheque no. : 222157 dated 16.01.08 for Rs. 25875/-, of ICICI
Bank, Green Park, New Delhi.

The appl/bid form was deposited with Religare Securities at their Green Park Branch, New Delhi on 16.01.08.

I have not received any allotment or refund from the company so far. In response to my querry to Karvy Computershare,thru email, regarding non receipt of refund amount, they have just informed the following:

My repeated requests/querries stating that I am not Sed Mazfoor Ahmed and pse try to locate my refund details by referring to my ICICI cheque details have not been responded to by them. I am at loss as to what should I do now to get back my hard earned money.

I hope your forum will help me in bringing my plight to the notice of the concerned. Hoping to hear soon from your forum on this matter.

I had applied for reliance power IPO for 90 shares amount to Rs. 10350.00 . My application No iS 1.6557729, I had not alloted any shares and therefore entitle for refund the same amount. Till date i had not received my refund. My DP ID NO is [protected] in Central Depository Service, BNR Capital Service P Ltd

Please look into the matter and arrange to send my refund amount as early as possible.
