[Resolved]  Reliance Power Ltd — late received allotment cum payment advice

RELIANCE POWER LIMITED — Refund Cheque not received

I have applied for Reliance Power Limited IPO. I have been allotted 17 shares which i came to know through SMS from my demat service provider.

My application no is 3 2308428. DP ID IN 301151 ( Demat A/c no[protected]I paid through full payment option wide cheque of Rs. 96750.00 (Cheque np 594427 Drawn on HDFC Bank.)

Still i haven't received the refund neither by cheque nor through ECS.

I have tried to contact Karvy representative four days back they told me to give my E-mail ID, i gave it but still there is no response/reply through mail also.

Today i was trying to contact Karvy on phone no[protected] but i couldn't contact them as the number was busy from 9a.m. to 11 a.m. continously!!!!

Its my request to send me the refund amount as quickly as possible..

Reliance Power Ltd. — Reliance Power IPO refund received late.

I am lucky to receive my balance refund amount of Rs. 89440/- , but receieved late on 18.02.08, received cheque through Registered Post, after one month without any Interest amount added.
As per SEBI rule the amount should have been credited to my account on 02.02.2008 through ECS direct credit, but I receive the same through cheque that too after a month, also as per SEBI rule refund amount should be refunded within 15 days after IPO closes, if any delay, the amount should be refunded with Interest.
Do I have the right to demand Interest on the delayed days.

Reliance Power Ltd — Refund & Allotment advice not received

Dear Sir, However, it is my mistake,as I inadvertantly, mentioned wrong Client Id in the IPO application that is why no advice was sent to me. But I am astonished that despited submiting of my three e-mails Karvy is not responding. The money has been transferred from my A/c to Kotak Mahindra Bank on 23.01.08
Acting upon the directions of the 'IPO App Status of Karvy' I have submitted twice the details of my application ( on 3.3.08 and 7.3.08) but Karvy have not responded so far. Kindly, help me to get back my balance money and the allotment of shares in my correct Cl. Id. Details of my application are as under:

sir kervy pahele tho cheque late bheja daily mail kar raha ho ki aap ke closing account number dal diya hai please current account number mention kar ke new cheque de do par unke kaan par makhi hi nahi beth rahi kiya karo bata do mera application number hai.57646172.aur current account number hai[protected],icicibank,preet vihar.

Reliance Power IPO — interest on late refund

I applied for Reliance power IPO, same was closed on 18th Of January. I was not allotted any share and was supposed to receive my refund within 15 working days (as per SEBI guidelines) but I received the same on 15th of March, after rigrous follow up. I want interest on the my money.

this is to say you that my Applicatoin for the above IPO was in the name of Meera Devi and not in the name of Mena Devi as recorded at your end. The error is at your end as with applicatio a have also enclosed copy of my pan card (AGLPS4710J)
Further this is to say you that the refund cheque received by me for the above application (Ch.NO. 508587, Amount 18995/-) is also in name if Mena Devi which i am not able to deposit in my account.

You are requested to check at your end and also for required correction or to inform me regarding any formalities which i am required to do.

ref.application no.37470130, first refund cheque stop payment by hdfc bank incurring rs.100/- bank charges.second cheque received 3 months late causing interest loss on an amount of rs. 18565/- please compensate for the same immediately to avoid legal proceedings.thanks.
