[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Connection — RIM to RIM All over india free (496 rs plan)

RIM to RIM All over india free 496 Rs/- plan was taken on the life time validity 299 Rs/- plan. submittted the Address proof as Rent aggrement and ID proof and as Passport xerrox. connection is activated. after on day service gone dicontinue check with the Reliance Comm. found that they didn't do the entry about the data in the data base they do the entry and connection is started again. But 496 RIM TO RIM STD free. plan is deactivated again. visited to RIM shop and talk to Customer care regarding the same. They told that plan has been lappsed. you need to rechage again 496 plan as this is only 1 day i have paid 496 Rs/- for this.

What can be done on this?

Beware while taking any RIM connection and take all the Terms and conditions in written what ever they tell us at the time of connection.

It is really very disrurbing to get sms for diffrent offers at every minute.Please stop sending sms's regarding the offers you are giving.

i m writing this complaint, because my pre-paid connection whose no is [protected] this have been not working properly since 10-12-08.when anybody call on my no([protected])there is a tone which shows busy network...whereas in my home i have 3 more reliance connection but they have no problem in incoming or outgoing.so please u take some action & plz correct it.so that m use it and enjoy ur survices...

Realy the plan of 496 rim to rim was very good due to 1 day delay i miss that plane. Please again lunch that plan cause i feel that it is very very imp for me or for many people. I m using 490 plan but it is not enough. So please again do this needfull for all o[censored]s.
Please start 496 R2R unlimited free plan again.

Hi All,

This is regarding my RIM prepaind connection. For the past couple of days, I am unable to make or recieve any calls from my cell from my house. I verfied that the connection signal is alright. It works fine if I come out of my house. When I complaint it in the Web World office, they suggested me to go for a new handset as there could be some fault in my previous handset. So I bought a new handset. But the issue still persists even with my new handset. Now they are saying that there might be some network problem in my house. I told them that I have been using my cell for the past 2 years in my house without any problem. Now they are taking it not as an seriuos item and just trying to avoid my problem. Its really disgusting for me as I an unable to make or recieve any urgent calls from my house.

Please help me on this.

why this is being happend with me since last 3 months.

490 plan of1500 mim r2r free plan is inconvinient, 780 plan is too expensive . wat is the for u to stsrt 496 plan again. You r playing with te emotions of people

many times i ask customer service executive to give my incoming & outgoing call details but they told me that they are not having any authority so request u to pls send my call details on my e mail id my prepaid no is [protected]

i was having 496 plan for reliance 2 reliance free.just bcoz of dis scheme i got reliance connection.but due 2 some reason i wasnt able 2 continue with dis for 1 month in between.but after 1 month i went to shop for 496 rchrge but i was told dat now i wont b getting dis scheme again.why m not getting it again?since many mths i continued with it but only bcoz of 1 mth m not getting it back.u shud not do dis wid ur regular customers.other schemes dat r coming for std are so expensive.one who s not working cant afford to take al dis schemes.sir m anxiously waiting wen ill b getting dat scheme back.only bcoz of dis i was able 2 talk 2 my partner freely.but now it has almost disturb everything just bcoz m not getting dat scheme n i cant afford al dis new schemes.sir pls again bring back dat 496 plan as many lyk me r waiting 4 it.

I am santosh from Munger, Bihar, Pincode 811201, From last 4-6 Month in my town, I suffering from Tower Problem Daily, It is common problem in my town. All smart user of my town will be suffering with this problems. so we not able to talk with my naber/ friends in my local town. another problem is that from february 2009 we can not talk with my Relative residing at Ludhiyana (Punjab). But we talk them From Another Co mobile ie Tata indicom, Airtel, Vergin, Aircel, Idea, Vodafone, this problem is Only with Smart Mobile, My have lief time mobile no is [protected]. we suggest you cheke your instrument & local man which is engaged in providing service in my town, because my town is suffering Power/ Electricity problem and some staff is working Tower generator which is attached with tower is sell Petroll or Diesel and Tower has no power then we suffering tower/ network problwm. so cheke it and solve problem. If you not solve then i and my naber/friends, left your service and convert other co which is available in my town/.thanks.
I am using a Relience GSM connection as I never know Relience GSM and CDMA are all different. And as I have switched over to it I found most of the services are not applicable for a Relience GSM user. Tried to contact the support on the toll free number which is always busy, Tried another number stayed on phone for arount15-20 mins almost 5 times by now it never gave me a human voice to hear. I have so many queries to share but dont know whome to address about!

I been using a Airtel connection would like to say "Airtel is not an economic choice but the best provider in every sence be it customer service or the STRONG NETWORK.

I may sound negative but I am looking for something positive out of it. I found as Relience is offering free local so would be an economical options as I am on phone half of the day atleast. But now I found this not true as a GSM user cannot get the local free in day time and many more other things as well. Infact If anybody willing to switch over to Reliece I would suggest go for CDMA as the GSM is nothing but a fake lolypop.

Reliance — Unable to call any smart number after recharging with 496 amount.

I took a new smart connection on 23rd March 2009. My number is [protected]. I recharged this connection with RS 32 /- to make it life time incoming and with 496/- to get the smart-smart std free of cost facility with in west bengal. In all I got 11/- as talk time. When i called an smart number with in West bengal, the entire amount got deducted and now i am unable to call any of the smart.

When i talk to customer care regarding these, they told me that if you recharcged with in 48 hrs, then the entire amount will be lost. But in my knowledge, there is no such rule. After calling several time, they taken the complaint and assured me that it will get resolved with in 24 hrs. The complaint number is 92781285. The complaint was lodge on 24th March 2009.

When i call up them once again, they are once again not attending it.

Please, I request you all to resolve this issue asap.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — not activated

I have purchased mobile on 28th Feb09 but till date it is not working even after personaly requesting five times at reliance web world tulsi complex hazratganj lucknow. mr Rafiq is not cooperating and also misbehaving with me. we have purchase four mobiles with sim and planning to purchase more for my company membes.my number is [protected].also other numbers are not working.he says every time that with in 1/2 hours it will start working, but today he is not ready to talk even.please suggest me what to do.

my name is deepak singh. i m working in bhuwalka jewellers ( a div of bhuwalka steel industries ltd.).last Seventeen months. I had take RIM connection 10 months back. On 2nd april 2009 my cell is disconnected. i went reliance world for complain there person told me u have re sumit ur documents i submit my document he told me within 3 days u cell will be connected. But after 3 days i went there he told me that we loss ur document u have re- submit ur document. that person name is ASIF IN RELIANCE WORLD BRIGADE ROAD BRANCE. i did re submit my documents. after 4 days i went again for my connection but he told me on 14 april i sent ur documents. i don't do anything. u call 30332620 and complain.after that me call 30332620 to miss ambika she told me with in 24 hours ur cell will be activated . And still now 18.APRIL.2009 . my cell is not activated last 17 days me suffering this problems what do i cant understand. my office no is .[protected] please help me.
