Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — Money not refunded | |||
I have tried to recharge My relaince no.[protected] through the company's website.in the process the website re-directed to my HDFC bank account.On completing i recieved a TRANSACTION ERROR message from relaince website but the money(Rs.150) got deducted from my account.When i tried to submit my complaint RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE they didnot respond.Please get my money refunded at the earliest.I am attaching the screenshot here. Dear sir or madami am a customer of Reliance Smart.Recently many deduction had been made from my prepaid account balance without my request or approval.On repeated complaint of mine its not giving any result.The customer care people don't understand anything .How can these people deduct any amount from my account..?And this has happened with me many times.Sometime for any facilities activation i also complain for same problem on 11 9 10. and my complain no. was[protected] this complain is solve by mr. Deepak from Reliance. now due to same problem my 49 rupees detect from my balance.i was also went to reliance word situated at phoolbag gwalior m.p. they not listen my problem and missbehave to me.my mobile no is [protected].Due to this instant repeatation i face unconvenience. so i decide to left yours reliance mobile connnection after two day.

Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — AMOUNT DEDUCTED NOT REFUNDED
No response of complaint at customer care ... I am your reliance smart gsm prepaid lifetime service using this about since last 2 year. 3days back fifteen Rupees wrongly deducted but no refund received as the customer care executive assured me that amount to be refunded within 48 hours but now it more then 72 hours but no refund received.
