[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.

I called to my brother in USA this morning (05 July 2009).The call was for tthree second only because I stopped it as his phone was connected to the computer and he was not to receive it personally.The company did not report any deduction after the call as it usually does. But when I pressed *402# it reported Rs.30.00 deduction .I called [protected] for complain, but it reported non-existence. What can I do?Shall I move to consumer forum??

Dear sir,
my No is [protected] i am the inhabitant of Buxar . Problem is that since 6 month your GPRS service is comletely failed here. when ever we complain in the office of smart he say I am not able to do any thing and he says plese cunsult the costumer care .but your customer care service is not able to solve my problem till now.
sir please tell me what i do. sir if possible please send me a mob. no of an officer who solve my problem.
i mahi uddin shams have a space available in bihar for setup network.wanting to give you this space to you but i dont have any idea about it how i should apply for this.so pls connect me and giv information regarding it.

reliance smart gsm prepaid mobile — RMS pack started without My consent

Respected Sir,
My self Lalit Agrawal a customer of Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Mobile since 2004.I am surprise to know
that company has started RMS pack without My consent from April 2009 and started deducting Rs.30 per month. I have tried to contact Customer care Executive on [protected], but always it was engage. On 28.08.2009 when I regularly tried from 6.40 AM to 10.36 AM than only his Executive noted the complaint and given a Service request No.[protected] which was not resolved up to 04.09.2009, On the same day after repeated request the another Executive has given a New Service request No.[protected] which was not resolved till date.Customer care Executive are unable to provide any Telephone Number OR Email Id of any their responsible Officer, who can solve My problem and refund me Rs.150.00 ( Rs, One Hundred Fifty Only) which was deducted by company without my fault.

when i make call, then 1 message comes "CHECK OPERATOR SERVICE"

I am unable to call customer care from my no.

pls do needful bcoz have given my number to some interview spot.

I m using net through my PC from last 9 months.From last two month the net service has become worse then ever.On every seven to ten days my net starts problem in connecting and on calling to Customer care they give only a fix reply " Some up gradation is going on".I wanna to know that u reliance ppl up grade ur system on every ten days.U can contact me at [protected]
I am from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I am a reliance smart pre-paid user since 5 years. Till today i have not seen a better service from smart. Always it showing no network, even a tower is on my building. Maximum area in Bhubaneswar smart giving worst service. Repeatedly complain is no effect on the authority. Maximum customers are diverted to other services.

i don't know why reliance doing like this.

i am one of the user of reliance smart phone last five years i like it services but today i have recevied the sms by your call center that cut of 30 rupees of my balance whitout my pemeation reasion o[censored]n wanted caller tone . i have naver wants the dialer tone if reliane not refund my balance i will cut out the smart conection and never suggest any one to take you services
