[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

I have recharged with free night calling pack in M.P. circle 2 days back but still i have not able to use this service and still i have to pay normal charge rates as applicable in day.

When i have made a complaint about this they says there is a technical issue / server is down we cannot proceed and unable to entertain your complaint right now. please call after some time.

what the hell is going out there in call centers

resently i puchased a sim last 15 days ago but sim is not started till now please start it or teel me wht is peroblen why is this sim is not started and.mobile no is, [protected]

smart customer care guys are not picking the calls

Sir, I have purchased a new Reliance Mobile SIM bearing No.[protected] on 17.02.2010 after giving all the documents like photo, ID proof, residence proof etc. After few days the number was barred. After a lot of pursuation, the number was activated on 03.03.2010. On 14.03.2010, the number has again been BARRED. I am surprised to note that once the number has been reactivated, how it has been barred again. I am in an embrassing situation. Please do the needful at the earliest to get my number re-activated. Looking forward for good results.

I am surprise to know that company has started RMS pack without My consent and started deducting Rs.30 per month from my balance. A message is received by the name of RMS. please explain to me what is this RMS and how can i deactivate this service.

I am using Reliance Smart Prepaid Sim [Chhattisgarh Region] since last year. I am desperately trying to activate GPRS in my Sim. But every time the message appears "Your Handset Information not available at our Database". Earlier I tried on Spice QT-66 Model. Since it is a new model, I take it that the Model Specification may not be updated by the Company. Now I changed my Phone from Spice to Nokia 5233. Even in this Set also the same message is appearing. I request you to kindly sms me the models that are presently in your Database so that I can purchase that model.

If I don't get positive response towards my query, I shall proceed with the matter to Mr. Anil Ambani / Mukesh Ambani

Reliance GSM Service — Getting no tower coverage since 10 days

Reliance GSM (SMART) mobile tower range has decreased since 10 days after the rain. We a team of 13 SMART callers are not getting coverage at our office at Bagmundi Rajbati. The service was good for years before it. Please repair the problem and help us to continue with your network.

The Worst Service provided by smart.
I have not subscribe for CRBT Service but Reliance deducted Rs 30.00 on 22.07.2010 for the same and given SMS if want to UNSUBSCRIBE the same then SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223, And I have done the same. But again Rs 30.00 was deducted on 25.08.2010.

Now I am waiting to make my balance Zero and go for the another mobile service provider.

I face always poor network during the talk i lost network. i am user of reliance mobile since 2006. so please install new mobile tower in my area for rich conictivity . so i hope in future i got good network of reliance in my area.

It is very regretted to say that I have Reliance GSM Smart (Jharkhand) cell phone having no [protected] but my service provider unnecessarily deduct balance from my mobile account. First I understand the matter when they deducted 30 from my balance on 12.08.10 and again 30 on 12.09.10 without subscribe any ringtone, collar tune, service etc by myself but when I talked to Customer care No ([protected]) they said they have deduct amount for service provided to me but what service they have given I don’t know and if they given some service through my mobile they have not taken my consent not I have asked for this service. I asked the customer care Executive to return my amount which have been deducted but they have reluctant to do so not only that on 13.09.10 I received a message on my mobile that your voice chat subscription is renewed @ 30 per month whereas I have not asked for the same never. They are deduct amount haphazardly from the customer and harass the customer and not response call of when call to customer care. I a layman and deduction of 30 per month is very inconvenient to me so you are requested to take necessary steps against this mobile service provider.

I have try more and more to talk to customer care on 198 but i unable to call and it's says AREA CODE DOES NOT EXISTS.
