My number is *********** that is on the name of My father Three month before we recharge it with power plus and upto three month its work but now on behalf of reduce rate it is cutting 2/- per local call and as per power plus it should work upto 6 Month so it is a request to you people please look into this matter as I am your 7 year old customer and if this will continue then I have to choose some other service

dear sir/madam, i have puchase a reliance landline connection under pupri exchange in bihar.
vide my telephone gsm No-[protected] in the name of rishikant jha.the phone is not working from the
the last one month . i have give several reminder to the dealer from i have purchase the telephone .
due to my phone not working i am not able to complain to reliance telecom customer care.in this regard i request you please lodge my complaint and rectify my problem.

Reliance GSM Service(smart) — Poor Service

Dear Sir,
I want to tell you that I am using reliance GSM prepaid service and from begining I have lots of problem in ur services, such as no coverage area, when mobile is showing network but no in comming are allowed and most urgent complain is that without any reason my services or my number [protected] has been deactivated all incomming & out goining calls and for this I have put complain to customer care (complain no:[protected], dated:-09.06.09, time:-10.30 am & c.care executive was Miss Kanak) but till now I haven't got any reply or any information that why is it so happen.Whenever I want to ask the reason about this matter I got only one answer that please keep patience, it will be short out within 24 hrs but I couldnot know how many 24 hrs are left.
Sir, I want to know only that would I change the company or it is my bad luck that I have choosen this service & kindly tell me one thing that what should I do If I'll not get satisfactory responce.
And tell me one thing that if company have no capacity to maintain the services than why are they providing such facilities, they have no any right to irritate the customer.
So please short out the problem as soon as possible.

This is for your kind information that i am facing a problem in my Reliance SMART mobile. My mobile no is [protected].Daily cricket pack was activated in my number without my knowledge. And everyday Rs. 5 was deducted form my account.
For this, I logged a complain on 24th may, 2009.complain number is 98531584. Again I
Logged the same complain on 5th June, 2009.complain no is 99835261. Many more times I
had a discussion with your call center executives and everybody promised to de-activate that daily cricket alert service from my number and solve my problem within next 24/48 hrs, but till now nobody solve my problem. Now i am really disappointed with your service.

Smart service...the rubbish one...

dear sir i have take a reliance landline connection vide phone no-[protected].But from the last 4-5 days this set is not working propery, and became dead.I have complain to the dealer from where i have purchase the phone.Therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to rectify the phone.

I buy a new connection on the name of Srimati Seema devi.
After three or more days my number is getting barred, then i put second paper on this name then the number is started But after one day it is getting barred.
Sir why it happend ?

I called to my brother in USA this morning (05 July 2009).The call was for tthree second only because I stopped it as his phone was connected to the computer and he was not to receive it personally.The company did not report any deduction after the call as it usually does. But when I pressed *402# it reported Rs.30.00 deduction .I called [protected] for complain, but it reported non-existence. What can I do?Shall I move to consumer forum??
