[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.

My name is Ravinder Kumar, I am using your reliance smart prepaid for last so many years.My no is [protected].This no is by name of Ravinder Kumar
But this time i am facing lot of problem from your side.I had recieved a massage from reliance smart regarding some cricket package offered but without of my grant this package has been activated on 20th sep 2010, now from that day Rs 10/- is deducting from my balance on daily basis.
In fact there are so many times i talk to your customer care executive and they said your package has been deactivated and they given me two request no on dated 20th sep 2010
Request no:[protected] and[protected] so please resolved my problem as soon as possible.This is totally disgusting.
mera no. [protected] hai. Mere no. Se balance kata jaa raha hai. Jab complain ke liye c.cair ko phone karte hai tho wo kahte hai ki mein complain nahi lunga.
dear sir i have reliance gsm number ([protected], there are so many problems fron 20th oct 2010, if handset is one and network are full but the income is not available and any body call them thes say switch off, aun also outgoing closed .

hi i am regular customer of reliance and connected not only in telecomunication but also in other financial field because of its name and fame. today i received a message from 58888 instructed that jokes factory pach shall be renewed in 2 days. in this connection i may be charged Rs 5 for 5 days. to un subscribe call 58888205. i immediatly unsubscribe as per direction but a poor person who didnt know how to unsubscribe will be charged as per ur terms and conditions and will be loss his Rs 5 without his willingness. is it right or the reliance communication facelities is not for a villager or illeterate who doesnt know all this thing. kindly reply me on [protected]@gmail.com and if possible forward the message to Mr Ambani for launch a facelites specially for villagers who can not afford ur useless facelities. thanking
I have a reliance connection of No: [protected], My name is Sujay Sarkar.
Subscription on the pleas of crbt and callertune charges have been deducted without my knowledge and approval. As result, my prepaid balance reduces to Rs Nil from Rs 60 '- in a spanof one day period.

This extremely unfortunate and should be stopped immediately.

Just banned ur service, which type of service ur giving??? I talk with someone & another person listen my full conversation, then he call back me & tell me whom i m talking & wat i was talking!!!

i hv been using reliance GSM for the last few months
during these period, i m totally disagree with the services provided by u especially the customer care services, firstly they activate any of the services on ur number n when u wl try to cntct thm for hvng the solution, they don't reson.
right nw they hve activate a voice pack at my number, n often deduct my balance, plz short out my problem, otherwise i wl start using the OTHER COMPANY services
plz inform me the PROCESS TO DEACTIVATE VOICE PACK.on

sorry to say tht their have been poor service provided by your company referring to the tower signal in jailhata, daltonganj, palamu-822101.this ll effect company business as well as who r valued customer of the company.i would ask you please see to our problem and take necessary step to rectify the problem.

Reliance GSM — automatically every month balance katna

Mere Pass ek Relience GSM Connection hai jiska No. [protected] hai, mere is number se november to till date every month balance kata ja raha hai jabki is connection par DND service activated hai, aur koi na koi service automatically activate ho jati hai, jab mai customer care se baat karta hu to pehle kehte ki apne service activate karai hai, baad me kahte hai technical fault ki wajah se balance kat gaya, aur balance refund bhi kar dete hai, lekin 4-5 bar call karne ke baad, iska koi solution nikaliye please
Agar Relience GSM connection aisa ki paisa dene ke baad bhim customer ko pareshani uthani pade to main yahi kahunga ki relience connection mat lena
I am totally fedup with your service.why you are activating nonsense products cricket pack on my no.9608/29080 and charging for that.Is it not frod to customer.please do not disturb me with nonsense products and calls .
