I am Yogesh kumar Mallik from Samastipur, Bihar, Pincode 848101, From last 4-6 Month in my town, I suffering from Tower Problem Daily, It is common problem in my town. All smart user of my town will be suffering with this problems. so we not able to talk with my naber/ friends and surfing GPRS in my local town. After complan the problem is not shortout. My complan No.[protected]. After asking costomar care they said that you ploblem has been solved. But Problem is constant. My mobile no is [protected]. Cell information display is on in mobile but not display the Tower name in all Smart coustomar Pl. solve this problem. No one care on it.n we suffering tower/ network problam. so cheke it and solve problem as soon as posible . If you not solve then i and my naber/friends, left your service and convert other co which is available in my town/.thanks.

I am using Reliance smart gsm service with NO [protected]. The service is not as good as other company. There is always Network problem and cross connection. When I try to talk customer care executive, they will make only false commitement. since last 10 days I am talking to CCE to get GPRS activation setting, they says We are sending Gprs setting to you within 5 minute but my request is still pending. so Now I decided to change this service.

The service of Reliance GSM Pre- paid( SMART) is detoriating with the passage of time. It is really very difficult to get connected with customer Care. Even if one is able to get through they will repeat the massage we have noted your complaint. The service will improve shortly.THIS SHORT PERIOD HAS NOT COME TO END SINCE LAST 8 MONTHS.

A reliance mobile tower has been made in my village seeing that I bought smart GSM connection. last year I got well network but only for a month after that network in this area is very rare. will this problem be solver or not if yes then when?

Now i have habituated to tolarate the error in connection, network bussy, check oprator service ..these type of problem . plz if possible take some steps.
