Reliance Smart — misbehavior over service call

Dear Sir/Mam,
I ve a connecction with Reliance Smart GSM service no-[protected]. A person with a male voice on 18th Mar 2008 at 16:48 hr from [protected], called me up n asking about network coverage n other problems.that particular person behave with me in a negetive rather bad manner and when I ask his name he kept the phone on my face.

Therefore its my request to you that before attending a service call teach them how to talk to the customer or a lady.

these reliance people are "OVER SMART"

dis to mention about the sucked service of smart gsm service, across jharkhand .its highly suffering from network congestion, connection error or other types of problem that do not lead to establishment of calls . even more irritating is the call gets disconnect in the middle of conversation .then a minimum of 30 dialing attempts a made to again re-establish the call.the customers care executives r also not easily accessible. kindly look into de matter

Reliance Smart — Tower problem

Sir,
I reside in Sainik School Gopalganj (Hathwa) of Gopalganj District, Bihar. In Hathwa there is a big tower problem. For the last 12 days relialnce smart tower is not available here. We are facing too much tower problem through out the year of your reliance GSM Smart service. Sir please remove this problem as early as possible otherwise, we are bound to take another network connection. And for your kind information other than smart network any other network like Airtel, Vodafone, Cellone, Aircel, Idea are available here 24 hours. Your offers are better for us than any network that is why we are using your smart service. Please consider this very seriously and do the needful.

Reliance Smart — Horrible Network

I took Reliance Smart GSM prepaid connection from October 2008 only because of free reliance to reliance std calls on recharge of Rs. 496 per month. For about a month it was working fine until one day at home suddenly i started experiencing my calls being dropped. I saw that the network bar on my cell phone kept on fluctuating. From that day onwards, the network became so horrible at home that I have to either keep my cell in a fixed place (that I discovered where the network may be just 2 or 3 bars but at least it did not get disconnected) or I have to go outside the gate, stand on the road and talk, braving mosquitoes at nights, dust and pollution during the days. Even after quite a number of complaints all i could get out of reliance is a complaint number registered by some customer care executive and the company never did anything about the complaints. The frequent "connection error"s that i get in my cell phone followed by a shrilling error sound in my ears every time must have done some damage to my left ear drum as now i am experiencing pain in my ears. Reliance is fully responsible for that with their sub standard network and hopeless customer care. All i can say is I am very very disappointed in this company. I live in Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata 107.

RELIANCE SMART SIM — call facality in my phone is off.

my sim card was locked before one month.
i was purchase the reliance smart sim with the help of the documents of my friend's father.
so we need to start my sim card immidiatly, please help me

RELIANCE SMART SIM — sim block

with due respect and honour i want to state that my sim cards pin code has been blocked. i need my puk code because it's urgent. My no. is [protected].

sir relaince is giving a bad service they cut the bal. without any reason. one day its to muah they cut 114 rupees and when i cal them they firstly put me on hold about 2-3 times and than cut the pho after that they attend and when i ask them they told me that ht is cut for using net but ac. to me my net service is expire after one day of that reduction and they told me that they cant help me out and they will not refund that but i want it back 114 rupees is too much for middle class family like me so i want it back any how
