[Resolved]  Reliance Super — Very Poor Service

I had purchased a Olyumpus Camera from Reliance Super, Ludhiana on 1st Aprill, 2008 which carried a warranty period of 2 years. Last month the camera had certain problems and since the same was covered under warranty i made a complaint for the same. The company officials told me to keep the camera with me and come on Monday when the engineer of the company will come. On Monday no communication was received from the company so i again went there and the company told me that there was some problem and the engineer would himself contact me but unfortunately the day never came. Then i again visited the store and to my surprise they told me that i should dispatch the camera directly to the company and they do not carry any responsibility. However i spoke to the manager of the store and he assured me that he would look into the same and accepted the camera for repair. 15 days have gone and every time i call the person responsible neither picks up the phone nor reverts back

I am working in Syndicate Bank as Manager IT. From the begining I have very good opinion about Reliance company. I went to visit Reliance Super on the openeng day i.e., 7th Dec 2008 and I impressed by its look out. Today I went to purchase monthly grocerries and paid bill amount of Rs.1481/- (reliance card no.[protected]). While collecting the goods I heard the announcement that for a purchase of Rs 699/- and more one gift coupon will be issued. I paid the bill amount and gave my flat address for door delivery. At the counter nobody was giving any coupon to me. I reminded them about their announcement then they gave one slip. I asked them for two slips as my bill amount exceeds double the announced amount. But they refused. There is no Supervisor in the entire Shop. Everywhere only sales boys were visible. And I was not in a mood to elaborate the issue. Why I am writing this is you have to know the things which are happeneng in your prestigious shops.I request you to follow the golden footsteps left by late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani. Bye...

i am swathi writting a complaint regarding the behaviour of the staff with customer while purchasing the items and the arrogant attitude they are showing towards the customer when they ask the details while buying the items in your store . the staff are using all the filthy language to the customer, is this the way to behave . iam really feeling sorry to say to you.
this is what is happening in reliance super branch in lakshmipuram, guntur, andhrapradesh
if this the way they behave, no customer is going to turn up into your stores

I had purchased a Flat TV in Philips 29FLAT TV from Reliance Super, VAPI, 29th Oct- 2008 years. The Purchase cost of the TV is Rs.15000.00 and the guarantee/warranty period of the same is 1Yearfrom date of purchase. After Two day i had certain problems in my TV and since the same was covered under warranty i made a complaint for the Next day. My complaint no is 181779, Reg No-117548. After Few days Philips engineer come in my home and find out this problem and he has told this TV is not repair, But replace this TV. i visited 6 month to go in super store no any person to give me any response to my same complaint. However i spoke to the manager of the store and he assured me that he would look into the same and accepted the TV for Replase.But 6 month have gone and every time i Go to the sop no any person responsible reverts back to any Ans.

I often visit Reliance Super at Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada. I have Reliance Temporary Card No [protected]. The card was issued about two years back in Reliance Fresh Gandhinagar, VJA. Ever since the Reliancesuper opened at Bhavanipuram I have been visiting regularly. But the staff there, are unable to give proper answer about how to get permanent card & I have been asking them about the suggestion/complaint register if any, they say it is with the Manager, But so far I could not meet the Manager because he was not available even in the morning time, after noon time, or evening time during my visits for shopping. The staff there reluctant to give the Manager's Cell No. even. Hence I am making this grievance. If the Manager is available some times we may give some suggestions for the convenience of customers, say about the packing and the availability of the items in racks. But it is not working and when I went to replce it consern people told that other pieces are also not working. I wondered knowingly they are keeping them for sale. It is a fact that the qualifity of service at Reliance outlets (Reliance Super, Reliance fresh etc.) is very poor. The employees are very irresponsive, irresponsible, non-committed and ignorant. They have nothing to do with the customers. They are not listening to the customers at all. Sometimes, their weighing machines are not working, computers are not working, server not working. They behave with the customers as if they are doing a mercy to the customers. In other words, the customers are taken for granted.

Nowadays, there is a call for privatisation in all fields from all corners of life. But, one has to think that if corporate giants like Reliance are behaving like this to their customers, what will be fate of the public after full privatisation?

The management has to correct the system and make their institutions public friendly.

I am a daily customer of Reliance Super of Muvattupuzha. For the past few days Reliance is offering very high discount on selected products.The discounts are only meant for few hours in a day.The problem is that the workers will take most of it and the waste is only provided for us.The manager is also involved in it. The worstest part is that the workers will resell it to the customers.First the workers will take all they want and bill it, then they will resell it.We customers has to buy the product for double amount.They will not inform us about the offers, we will have to wait outside Reliance and more over the workers will tell that the offers for today are over.They behave as if the products are brought from their home.They will put only a few products into a croud of people.People quarrel and many of them get injured, loss their belongings and go back empty handed.The situation is becoming worse and the workers manners unbearable.Please consider this complaint.
i purchased pappaya in chennai kolathur reliance super store bill noc8517 s06068 [ my membership card no [protected] ] on18/09/10 at 11;26am they are displayed offer price for 2 kg billing is not giving offer the store supervisor show the offer list but not able to do anything she told [what can i do] what is the problem between offer display and billing
Last year i visited Relaince in Kolathur and purchased 3 box of Condoms. Found 3 to 4 peices missing on each box. last week i brough Himalaya Anti hair fall cream. found the tube is squezed half of it. every item in the store is sealed open and dont want to visit the shop again. poor staff responce and not easy to shop around as the stock filling is done during working hours.

We are very interest the above food item very good . In this connection the same item product code[protected] not shown in the Tanuku super market cash counters. The same already noticed to your supervisory staff and also team manager since long back.Till to day there is no action and product code not shown in the cash counter computer systems. It is clearly indicate and shown the Administration and supervisory lapses.

I have some very bad experience at the Reliance Super outlet in Ludhiana. I received an offer booklet from the said outlet on saturday - 3rd Sept 2011. I visited the outlet on Monday. As I was entering the store I was given another booklet. The store was decorated with all the said offers. I spent about two hours in going through the store and to my utter dismay at the time of billing I was told that 80% of the items were such on which they had no offers, but when I showed them the booklet they showed their helplessness. The booklet had no mention of the number of days. When the manager was contacted he was so rude in giving the explanation, and put all the blame on the higher authorities. He acted so unprofessionally. I asked them if their was no offer then why have'nt the banners put down, he had no answer for that. This did not happen with me for the first time, I have gone through like this about six times earlier too. Once I specially called my daughter to buy some jeans which were said to be at 50% off. We tried some 25 jeans for 3 hours and selected about 4 of them and again at the time of billing we were told that the offer had expired two days ago while the banner showing 50% off was still on. Had this store been in new Zealand or Australia or the US it had been shut by now. What use is the MBA of these so called managers who do not have the sense of how to behave with their customers. I am disgusted with this kind of service. They are just putting the name of Reliance to shame.
their service is very bad . i buy a dvd player from this store it stop working from next day.when i complaint them they say their engg. wil approch us in nxt 10 days bt they didnt cm yet. we were waiting them for 25 days. my mom is living alone in home so he is unable to go there and exchang it

Reliance Super — purchase of sunset marina bottle which is leaking

I purchased a sunpet bottle at Reliance super at Kharvelnagar (master Canteen square). The bottle is leaking right from the first day. When I requested to return the defective bottle I have been refused. I have shown the cash memo no bearing 3422.

My name is somayajulu from Iragavaram near tanuku west godavari District andhra pradesh - 534217. I am a regular customer in your reliance super tanuku. I have a reliance one card No.[protected] . yesterday(29.03.2014 at 5.44p.m. I am purchasing some items in your supermarket. and also purchase 2 pulpy juice packets, each one cost is 90/- . In the display one quotation is there. That is "buy two packets Rs.20/- less"
At the cash counter I pay amount and refer the bill. In the printed bill 2packets cost 180/- is there. I ask the point Buy two packets 20/- less. cashier suggest to reception counter. receptionist suggest to another salesmen. that person suggest to another one. I am totally 5 to 6 persons asking about the Question. But no one is answering about it . I am very hurt and suffering about this bad experience
