[Resolved]  Reliance Telecommunication — Harassment by sending unnecessary notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is vishal Patel, As per my erlier complain agianst (18.08.2011 & Reliance no:-[protected]) reliance communications, RCOM is sending unnecessary notices to me for not paying bills without answering the notice given through consumer court.
After the receipt of first notice from reliance communication I met Mr. Ghanshyam Goltar to resolve the matter. Let me recall my matter.

Reliance communication had sent me a notice stating that I failed to pay the bills as per the utilizaton of services. But for which services I purchased Mobile broadband connection based on the committement of reliance for providing me highspeed connection. Whereas they failed to provide me the serives which was committed by them. Let me tell you i made so many complains for proper resolution. I paid huge amount to purchase the device (2000 rupees).& i could not utilize the service for which i was looking, only because reliance failed to provide.

In fact When I met Mr. Ghanshyam He shared me his personal feeling stating that this is big loss to company only because if customer pays 3 to 4 bills reliance recovers all his investment & after that what ever customer is paying that is simply a benifit to company.
He neutrally listened my complain & I showed him the notice given through consumet court. He accepted & told me that he will revertback after inquirying about the matter in details but till date I haven't received any call from him nor from reliance representative to pay the bill. I thought that he might have came to know about the list of complains given by me to resolve the networl issue @ my home. & I am living in surat where as my family is in Mehsana so I could not get chance to meet him after this.


Let me bring into your notice just because of this company's unsatisfactory services I had purchased a new connection of some other company. I apid 5 bills without utilizing the proper services (for just 37 mins out of 1800 mins). I waited a lot from reliance team to resolve the matter but not one was interested to sort out because I was paying the bills. When I stopped paying the bill they releazed that they are bearing the lost. What about my money which I paid to them to purchase the connetion & 5 bills (550 *5=2750+2000=4750). They don't even care about the customer's loss.

Hence I request you to send a notice to reliance communication & cancel the charges for which they are looking. If they want they can settle from what I paid to them earlier in terms of bills & device purchased.

Reuquest you to look into the matter & ask reliance communication not to harass customet unnecessary by sending the notice.

Reliance company — unnecessary harassment

respected sir,
this is ankur jain,i would like to adduce u regarding unnecessary harassment by mall road sales manager,once i made my mind to purchase postpaid connection of relience company and i submit all required document,before fi they gave me wrong information regading triff plan , n when my fi was cleared,they told me that you hav to pay activation charges,then i refuse to purchase this connection,after two days i got a call from sales manager that we activate your connection now you have to purchase it otherwise we will give this number to another person,n you have to pay his bill,last week i got a call from chandigar, they told me that your number is activated.kindly look after this matter asap,for further enquiry u can contact me on my number that is [protected],i shall be thankful of you for this act of kindness
respected sir, here i applied for broad band connection on 27 07 2009 i paid rs. 2210 paid by cheque by054742 the co op. bank rajkot ltd naranpura br ahmedabad but still to day i am not getting any answer from the company i contected co. 48 times at customer service but idont get answer from the company it is the worst possition for me that still iam not getting any answer pl. do the needful & oblige

Reliance Telecommunication — Deactivated my Connection

I bought a new RIM CDMA connection ([protected]). Although I had provided the documents it was disabled. On connecting to the customer care they asked me to resubmit the ID proofs. I submitted the documents (1 passport size photograph, Copy of Driving license and a copy of voter ID) at the nearest Reliance webworld. Yet even after one month my connection has not been enabled.

The all center and the webworld keep on blaming each other. What can I do?
Many time It has been observed that the balance automatically deducted from my cdma reliance ph no ([protected]) and after taking with customer care never got any satisfactory answere,

in latest case on 19/6/11 evening i have recharged my mobile by 100 rupee & got approx 86 rupee & their was also approx 30 rupee previous balance.So it was my balance Rs. 116. But not after a single mobile call doing today on 20/06/11 i got a message that "your prepaid balance is .01.pl recharge soon. Their was not even a 50 paisa to call the customer care.

Is this type of service provided by reliance - The ambani- country's business icon.

How could i return my money. Pl suggest

Reliance Telecommunication — Unnecessary harassment by sending posts for paying bills

Dear Sir/madam,

I have purchase reliance broadband plus card for internet usage & at the time of purchase I have been told that the high speed coverage is available & you will be able to take the advantages of the HSD but after usage of almost 1 month I found that instead of 3.1 MBPS (committed by Reliance) I was getting 3.1 KBPS. So I complaint for the same many times but no one has responded to me. Even I haved paid the bill without usage (just for 37 mins instead of 1800 mins) I was under impression that they will resolve my problem. I got a call from technical team asking for my details like address & they confirmed that the HSD coverage is not availabel in my area & it is not there in there plan also.

In spite of no. of folllow ups & complaints Reliance failed to resolve my issue & I had been forced everytime stating that your problem will be resolved you pay your bill. Finally I fed up with the answers & respond given by Reliance. Deal with Reliance was so costly to me that I purchased Insternet card of 2000 rupees & paid almost five months without using for what I have purchased.

Finally I decided that I am not going to pay my bill & I have stopped paying bills. I got many calls from reliance for paying the bill but I have cleared that I am having your stupid device take it back & setttle my bill. It is your mistake you have cheated me by wrong committement.

Now reliance is sending unnecessary bills & stating that legal notice. Can one explained to me that why should I pay the bill when company is cheated me. Is there any law in this country to fight with such kind of fraud companies?

Reliance — Unnecessarry Harrasment

Dear Sir, Im facing a problem with my Reliance Netconnect+ from the day I have purchased it. I bought it on 26/8/2011 from Vriti Infocom Pvt.Ltd which is from Noida,B-75,Sector-63 through the Reliance Website. After got the device on 26th I was pleeding them for the connection to be activated but it didnt happened upto three days and after two days again my connection got barred as my documents has not been submitted by the person who came to deliver me the device. NOw when Im asking them to get the connection they are sayingme to go to the Reliance Webworld to submit my documents by myself to restore the connection. This is my not fault so why should I go and take the pain to submit my documents. Please do the needfull for me im requesting you to look into the matter and resolve the problem. Reliance Telecommunication — Deduction of mobile balance without information

Dear sir,

It has been observed that the balance automatically deducted from my GSM reliance ph no ([protected]) repeatedly & repeatedly.

As the service not activated by me and alredy got the msg that the service deactivated but repeatedly its deducted the money today also.Its pathetic.


How could i return my money. Pl suggest

Reliance Telecommunication — Deduction of balance with out justification

I am a customer of Reliance communication for two months. I am using
GSM Haryana network (Mobile NO:[protected]). From day one my balance was deducted owing to activation of some service pack which i didn't requested for.
One week back i had a balance of about Rs.150 and all of sudden Rs.130 was deducted without no reason.
When i enquired to Reliance customer care 198, i was told that some jokes,sai baba message, daily health tips service packs were activated.
I really dont understand how are u activating such services without the consensus of the subscriber.

Even prior to the deduction of Rs.120, the similar inicident has happened to me. But this one made things so worser. Every time i called your customer and requested to cut off all my services at this point of time and i am not requiring any services pack from your side.

After a day of my call, some new services will be activated and balances will be deducted.

In past two months i have called to 198 on discussion of the above subject about 20 times and no positive response from your side.


After receiving this mail, please check into details and my balance has to be returned back to me or else i swear that i will contact consumer court with respect to this complaint.

I want all the service packs activated in my number should be removed and further activation of any service pack should be done upon the request from my side only.

I am really sorry for sending such mail and i suppose u deserve this mail.
Because of this, you are not losing a customer of reliance but in turn spoiling the name of Reliance.

Reliance Telecommunication — deduction of balance

there is contionously deduction of mobile balance from my mobile no.[protected] since 30th january 2013 upto 6th feb 2013..nd still continouing...nd they just block my call on 198..nd there is no positive response..i m sorry but i hv to do that if there is no responce to me..my net balance is pending of 1gb...still there is deduction,,and they just block my call on 198..i m using your service since last 5 years..plz do needful..thanking u..there is by god no good response from costumer care...thats why i hv to use this medium...they block my number on 198..nd thay always let my balance 0.064..i m really tired of it..my mobile number is [protected].nd there is seriously very bad response from customer care..
Dear Sir,

Even after the getting the above confirmation from RCOM care I am still getting the notice from someone called Charansingh B Kaushal. The matter has been closed long back probably 1 year back & I have the written proof of the same & if this will not be withdrawn by him or RCOM then now I want to enter into the legal matter for harassing the customer.

Now can you please look into the attachment & close this matter & give me the confirmation that now onwards any notice will not be send to me.
