[Resolved]  Reliance Wireline Broadband — Reliance Night Booster Plan not Boosting.

Hi,

This is to everyone who wants to take new connection for broadband please don't go 4 Reliance the worst of all the broadband. I had a wrong sense that BSNL was the worst but trust me I have used all the 3 players(Airtel,BSNL & Relinace) Broadband connection till now the hopeless and nonsense provider is Reliance Wire-line Broadband Plan.

I have taken this Ultimate Plan from Rcom - 1Mbps Day and 2Mbps Night Booster for 1499/- but the problem is It does not boost at night it will be 1Mpbs through out. Even I have raised a complaint for not getting 2Mbps speed at night no body turned up and the customer service will simply make u fool that problem is resolved and bla bla...I waited for 3-4 days but after that I gave up and finally raised a request to terminated the service. Now I will go with another service provider. No more Reliance in my life time.

From the day One I am facing the problem of ADSL line getting disconnected every 10 - 20 mins again depends upon the mood of the modem it may be 5 mins also or it may be 1 hr also - I called the customer care and took a complaint number and after 2-3 days the problem got resolved to a maximum extent. Now I can say its disconnects and connects immediately don't no wats wrong with the server (Which never happens in BSNL and Airtel - you may face this once in a month in BSNL and Airtel connection when server gets down) .

Only 1 user can Login and use the connection I mean i[censored] have two system at home u cant access the net simultaneously. You have to logout from one session then u can connect another system and login again to use the internet. But Logout is a must otherwise the another system will not login until u logout from the previous system. So if 2 members of a family wants to work from home then 4get it one has to go to office by any chance. (This also I never faced in BSNL and Airtel you can use any number of system).

So i[censored] have time to follow up with them, sit at home and go office late and want more trouble then u can go 4 Reliance.

Or I[censored] want to stay away from all these problem then go with other service provider.
