[Resolved]  Reliance Wireline Broadband — Money Refund from Reliance Broadband

I am Pratik Ranjan, living in Gandhinagar capital city of Gujarat.

I had applied for wireline broadband services of reliance on 30th Oct 2009 through customer care by my mobile.

No one entertained me for next 7 days despite time and again calling/notification to customer care through the mobile mentioned.
I had to find myself the name and no. of local representative ANUP PATEL whose number is [protected].

Anup Patel came to my home on 7th of Nov 2009. I paid an amount of 500/- INR in cash and submitted the relevent documents then itself and address proof within 2 days.
He reviewed all needed setup on 7th of Nov 2009 in the area around for drawing the wireline and assured me that connection will be complete within 3 days ie by 11/12 of Nov 2009 and I will be starting a fullfledged broadband usage then onwards.

After that every now and then 1/2 person will call me and ask to come to home for connection, only to find that connection is not possible due to their inability to draw wire then.

This happened upto 15/16 november 2009.

Anup Patel had fooled me around throughout.

Then onwards Anup patel and others are not taking the phone and despite several complaint registered with customer care explaining whole story time and again to every persons with lots of promises by each of them, no solution has been provided.
I registered and sent mail to [protected]@relianceada.com to withdraw my application finally on 11/28/2009 and Got reply from Bimal Paik,Broadband Customer Care, Reliance Communications, [protected]@relianceada.com to ensure the request.

Money has not been refunded till date despite number of promises from reliance.

I applied for the Broadband service of relience throgh customer care in the month of march. I called agian and again for it. I did not get any response till today. I am very fed up and never advice to get any product of relience.

Reliance Wireline Broadband — NOT ACTIVATED

I paid 1100 before 1 month. They said that We will give connection within 2 days. They have given that one after 28 days,.... given only the modem and the cable wire. But its 5 days passed, I not even browse a single page. They saying contact customer care. After contacting customer care they said that it will be solved after 24 hrs. But it is not solved.

I applied and required for the Broadband service of relience throgh local broadband office in the month of dec-2011 and through customer care in the month of aug-sep-2012 in BOTAD(GUJARAT). I called agian and again for it. I did not get any response till today. I am very fed up and never advice to get any product of relience.
so donot choose of any reliance product...
service is so so so bad...bad...
