H.No.49,Cauvery Nagar, 5th Cross,Church Road, Murugeshpalya, Bangalore-560017 Customer Service, Citibank, Bangalore Subject: Confirmation regarding Personal Accident Insurance Plan Dear Sir, One of your representative had called me for the said policy. In turn, I had asked for the Terms & Conditions. But she has sent me the policy vide certificate No.PC[protected]-C041. As per said terms & conditions, the persons engaged on aeroplanes flight frequently, are not covered under this plan. Presently I am serving in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited & I am involved in testing the aeroplanes in air frequently. So, this policy seems of no use for me. So I request you to please cancel the said plan. I had also contacted to Customer Service, Royal Sundaram, Chennai . They advised me to approach Citi Bank Bangalore. I have bought one accident insurance policy through SBI card through phone.I was told that premium will be received in 6 month EMI from my card no [protected].My first EMI will be 850 and rest will be cut in 5 emis of 350 .I have checked my SBI unbill transition online and found that 1700 Rs are charged in my unbilled transition dated 10/02/09.Please clearify me before procedding my policy.Because caller told me that there will be no hidden charges apart from these EMIs.
