[Resolved] Samsung Dvd Writer 20x — Carelessness of customer satisfaction team | |
Hi this is Kaushik Jaiswal and i am a engg. student studying in Maharashtra i bought a samsung DVD writer in the month of june 08 from nehru place and took my pc to Maharashtra but after 1 month i found that my drive started not responding, = so after completing my semester exams in dec 08 i came back to delhi and su= bmitted my DVD writer to SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER 602 Vishal Bhavan, 95 Nehru Place New Delhi PH[protected] I have submitted it on 15 dec 08.My work order no.is18365 They told me that it will be replaced in 1 week, then after 1 week I enquire= d about my drive then they again extended it to 1 more week. I am heavily tensed about= my drive, every day when i call they try to give me a new day.I have to go= back to Maharashtra on 2 jan 09.So I there by request you to please take so positive steps regarding my situation so that I could be a more satisfied customer. they got it repaired in 7 days. for a month or so it worked fine and after that it again showed the same problems and i again submitted it to the same service center on 10th Dec-2008. they told me that it would be repaired within 15 days but now after 35 days also they are not showing any response and ask me to confirm them from time to time that if my writer has been repaired!
I urgently need it since my exams are starting and there is lot of work to be done through that DVD Writer!
I there by request you to please take so positive steps regarding my situation so that I could be a more satisfied customer.
