dear sir/madami have a deal on 100bestbuy.com for win a Samsung galaxy phone . the price of phone of 599. then i won. now they are said that i paid money by credit and debit cards or by net banking. but sir i have no cards and no net banking facility. i want payment by cash on delivery.so tell me what i do.
