The last I spoke to the CEO of letsbuy.com, I was told that the shipping for the stylus will start 31 January, 2011 and that you would source the Multimedia Dock from some other location. I am yet to receive the products.

Samsung anyways does not respond. Most horrible organization ... even after writing to the CEO they don't care.

Waiting for the delivery ... it has been 67 days since I placed the order. This is not acceptable.

I am told by letsbuy that this is still not delivered by Samsung and there is a delay from your end. It is so horrible that on the Samsung website the accessories are advertised even though not in stock. And when I click on the same it takes me to your seller letsbuy.com

The delay is ascribed to you and the responsibility for availability lies with both of you i.e. Samsung and Letsbuy.com (Etree Mktg). This inordinate delay is not acceptable for which you need to provide an answer in the tribunal along with the penalty for delay in service and harrassment of the customer.
