[Resolved] Samsung Lcd 32'' Series 4 — MAJOR TECHNICAL DEFAULT-NO CLARITY | |||
Hello I bought a 32'' Samsung LCD from Next Showroom in Pitam Pura - New Delhi, Phone no [protected] on 31st October 2010 and it was installed on 1st Novemeber. It is purchased in the name of Surinder Jain ([protected]). The picutre quality is not good and when I called the shop, they raised the complaint with the Samsung. The executive from Samsung came to my home on 6th November but he was was not aware of the complaint. He said he has come for the demo. He also watched the TV and agreed that there is some problem with the screen and advised to raise the complaint for technical default. He said you can use the TV, its not a big deal. I am really frustrated with this, the Next shop is also refusing to replace the same. They also promised to give me a Airtel DTC connection which I have not received till now.
