[Resolved] Samsung Lcd Tv — Not Working | |||
I purchased a Samsung LCD TV from Girias , Rajajinagar on 26th Jan 2010. After lots of follow up it was connected and we could enjoy the programme. To our surprise exactly 3 month later the said TV stopped working both Video as well as Audio.Again we took 4 days to book the the complaint at Girias. Excuse were no at all acceptable for not booking our complaint. Now it is one month over the TV is not set right. I do not know how such a reputed multi national brand product service is so bad. Is it a part of the company to be blamed or the local concern people's attitude toward's service to customers. Repeated call to the local service team ends with reply not at all acceptable. Had a problem on 3 months back.But still the TV is on your srilankan service center (singhagiri Ltd) technicians are
suggesting to change BOARD and asking Rs 20, 000(SRILANKAN RUPEESS) FROM US.and i transport this tv 400 km
away from colombo with my own expenditure;to ur cevice center. stil i could not find sollution for this problem.
pls, respond to me as quick us possible to solve this problem

SAMSUNG LCD TV — non concern attitude
i bought a samsung LCD TV 1 year back. exactly after 15 days of finishing the warranty period, it stopped working. now they are sying they have to change the panel at the cost of 15,000 rupees. somebody plz tell wat is the use of buyproducts of such reputed company whe u have to spend so much amt and the company is not at all concerned.
