[Resolved] Samsung Microwave Oven — Customer Service | |||
Very Poor Customer Service. I have lodge my Complaint on[protected] but till today my problem is unsolved. At Samsung Customer Care they said the Visiting Charges (or Service Charges) is Rs.250 but, at Service Center they said the charges is Rs.400 and not given any satisfactory answer. My uncle have a LG Microwave. LG Customer Service is excellent. samsung microwave oven — keypad malfunctioning
I hv an owen model no.- CE1031 made in Thailand, its keypad is malfunctioning, as told by samsung care India. as this model is not available in India, they can't repair/replace it.... my owen is out of order for 8 months now... I m very upset by the response of Samsung care in India.
