[Resolved] Samsung Microwave Oven — Samsung: Worst Service | |
Submitted below and support.[protected]@samsung.com ---- Hello I committed a very big mistake on 29th January 2010, I bought a Samsung Microwave Oven. The model number is CE1031L-B. I lodged complaint number:[protected] on 2nd February 2010. After that day I have made at least 30 calls to various people to get a resolution. But all of that has gone in vain. Till now I have talked to following people to get a resolution 1. Samsung Call Center[protected] 2. Mr Sudhakar - Incharge of Samsung Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 3. Mr Prabhakar - Technical Trainer for Hyderabad - [protected] 4. Samsung Kukatpally service center[protected] 5. Mr Uma Mahesh - Supervisor of Samsung Call Center[protected] 6. Technician of Gachibowli region - [protected] 7. Technician of Miyapur region - [protected] 8. Croma (From where I bought the oven[protected] First of all it took 6 days for the technician to visit my house. I had to make make 13 calls to some of the persons listed above to get a technician visit my house. Every time I was told that the technician would visit my house tomorrow. I go to office daily like a lot of other normal people. So that the technician can come at verify the problem, I had to work from home for 3 days. Finally the technician visited on 8th February 2010. He inspected the oven and the starter kit provided with it and concluded that there is some issue with the starter kit and said that the it will be replaced within a day. It has not been replaced till date and everyone I have talked to has asked me to talk to a new person. I have talked to these people in the following order: 1. I called Samsung Call Center 2. Samsung Call Center asked me to talk to Samsung Kukatpally Service Center 3. Samsung Kukatpally Service Center asked me to talk to Technician of Gachibowli region 4. Technician of Gachibowli region asked me to talk to Samsung Kukatpally Service Center 5. Samsung Kukatpally Service Center asked me to talk to Technician of Miyapur region 6. Technician of Miyapur region asked me to talk to Samsung Kukatpally Service Center 7. Samsung Kukatpally Service Center asked me to talk to Mr Sudhakar - Incharge of Samsung Kukatpally, Hyderabad 8. Mr Sudhakar - Incharge of Samsung Kukatpally, Hyderabad asked me to talk to Mr Prabhakar - Technical Trainer for Hyderabad 9. Mr Prabhakar everyday tells me that this problem will be resolved tomorrow 10. I called Croma. Croma said that they will followup the complaint 11. I called Samsung Call Center 12. Samsung Call Center escalated it to Mr. Uma Mahesh - Supervisor of Samsung Call Center 13. Mr Uma Mahesh confirmed on 12th February that he will resolve the issue by talking all the relevant people within one day. It has not happened till now Please note that I had to make all of the above calls multiple times to follow up with these people. Also the cost of the calls I have made and the time spent by me to follow up with all of the above is much more than the replacement of the starter kit. I would expect to get a quick resolution of the complaint and to be appropriately compensated. Otherwise I am very clear that I am not going to buy anything else from Samsung in rest of my life. Samsung Executive came to my house on 27th Feb, 2010 for demonstration after making several calls and creating mental pain.
Customer care is also pathatic and they really have a stubborn attitude and very rude. They do not know how to talk with a customer.
I have made up my mind not to go for any samsung products in future and i request you all not to purchase this organization's any bloddy hell products.
