Dear Sir, Mere pas Samsung ka Mobile, model no C-160 hai. - Isme security setting ke tahat FDN (Fixed dialling number) ki vyavastha hai. - Ise activate karne ke liye PIN2 code dial karne ke liye kaha jata hai. - Mujhse galati se galat PIN2 code dal diya gaya, jisse yah suvidha block ho gayee aur PUK2 code dalne ke liye aata hai. - Is samabadh mein maine network service provider se bat ki, yah bataya gaya ki PUK2 no unke pas nahi hota, yah Mobile ki setting hoti hai aur ise Mobile Manufacturer uplabdh karate hain. - Samsung mobile customer care se bat ki gayi, ye batate hain ki yah Network Service Provider dwara uplabdh karaya jayega. - Is vajah se is problem ka solution nahin nikal pa raha hai. - Kripaya samasya ka samadhan nikalvane ka kasht karein. Maine apka vristin varnan padha aur isko padhne ke baad is pe bahut vichaar kiya aur anth me main is nateeje pe pahuncha ki bina jaankari ke apko kya jarurat thi PIN2 number se chhedchhad karne ki ? :P

Sir, before four months my mobile model sgh d-780 sent for repair through your service center MDR dist center new delhi at the time of repair EMIE NO. becomes Zero and now am facing the problem i am using one SIM only whenever i approched for the problem the reply this set will be sent to service center it will take two or three days and we can not provide you the service mobile you tell me should i stop my business or should purchase the new set please advise me

Mere pas Samsung ka Mobile, model no C-160 hai.
- Isme security setting ke tahat FDN (Fixed dialling number) ki
vyavastha hai.
- Ise activate karne ke liye PIN2 code dial karne ke liye kaha jata
hai.
- Mujhse galati se galat PIN2 code dal diya gaya, jisse yah
suvidha block ho gayee aur PUK2 code dalne ke liye aata hai.
- Is samabadh mein maine network service provider se bat ki,
yah bataya gaya ki PUK2 no unke pas nahi hota, yah Mobile ki
setting hoti hai aur ise Mobile Manufacturer uplabdh karate
hain.
- Samsung mobile customer care se bat ki gayi, ye batate hain ki
