Dear Customer Support Team, I Have Purchaced Samsung Mobile phone (Model-BT5310, Purchasing month-Feb-2011) on Poorvika mobile showroom Avadi. My phone Service sent to ambattur service center last week.but phone recived on without warrenty.i'll paid service amount Rs.850,but mobile problem is continuved.i am totally disspointed. Ambattur customer did not proper responce, mobile return time Min Rs.75 Paid, this our requirment. I have attached for Mobile purchace bill & Mobile service bill. Pleace request me, my mobile status what can i do?, My amount refund. i not satisfied for samsung models. & I wait for your proper replay & feed back.
