I had purchased Samsung Mobile phone on 8.12.2011 i check the mobile 3 time customer service of samsung assured me of the defect . Request you to please suggest me the best possible method to remove this difficulty. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Amit ... I am also facing a similar problem n have sent three marks to the Samsung Team ... Have visited the customer care twice ... And yet the problem has not been resolved ... I have a galaxy R and the service station is Metro telecare in Andheri East Mumbai ... Let me know if you get a resolution ... My email id is [protected]@ gmail.com

I have bought samsung S-3310 on 14 feb 2009 from THE MOBILE STORE AMRITSAR.From the day I have bought the handset m facing the problem of restart of mobile while connecting it through datacable to my laptop 4 connection of internet.........so plzzzz help me out....
