I want to know the status of my grievance and what should I do in future whether I should go to Consumer Forum.

Hello

My self deependra lal karn. I purchased a blue tooth device on dated 4th april 2010 . But, due to sound destortion. I talk to customer care and the according to his advice i deposited my bluetooth headset on samsung service centre. (Near R.G Complex pahargunj).
When asking about the exact date to receive my device. They guys did not give me proper response.
I would like u to pls help me out otherwise i will lodge this file to court. call me at [protected] E-Mail Id - [protected]@gmail.com
