Samsung — servicing of ac
i had made a request for servicing of ac to samsung customer care on 13th april.they told that i will get a call from samsung regarding this by 8.30 pm on 13 th april.I didnt receive any call.I again called on 15 th april and reminded them of my request for which they replied that i will get the call on the same day.but however i have noty received any calls from them.It has caused great inconvenience to me and i want the matter to be resolved and the concerned company or customer care to be asked for their casual approach towards customer.

Respected sirwe were purchse the window ac before 3 year back
specially we purcahse the because of the my mother is cancer patient and doctor suugest ac for her we staying at amreli in gujarrat there the average tempreture 44 which second highest in gujarat
before the 2 months back we found some fault in the ac we call the samsung engineer and he take the main instrument of the ac
after this they are promice that they give this instrument in 3 to 4 days but till date thay are not give us answer also
my mother is cancer patient amreli is too hot place in gujarat this explanation I gv to this samsung person also (mr prashant [protected]) then after they are not repair our ac
we want ligial action against the samsung company if they have no proper infrastructure then why they selling this product

Samsung service center for phones in Domlur (Bangalore) takes the award for pissing off customers. Dishonest, rude and just plain being_an_ass syndromes...
One guy tells me my phone's warranty is only for 5 months. My reading through the guarantee card for 5 minutes when I bought the phone really paid off. I challenged him and then he agrees that it is actually 6 months. He was also pissed off about my stopping his repairing of a Nokia mobile phone. Yes you heard me right... He was busy working on it when I was right there..
Then a girl (supposedly the manager there) who barely speaks passable English and tells me my power chord cannot be changed because it has physical damage. The damage she refers to is actually a small bent near the connector (resulted from my trying to make it work when it stopped working). She turns me away.
I could never use my Galaxy 3's headset because everyone complained they can't hear. I could clearly hear them though. It's plain clear that Samsung has provided low quality accessories to reduce the cost involved and of course to increase profits. "For those stupid Indians this will do!!!".
Anyways now they are washing off from even providing warranty support for the defective parts.
Amazing... Just amazing. I know you guys treat your employees like cattle. But now customers added???
And lastly, their customer feedback for service makes u enter all the details and then complain something about some unfilled field and kick you out. "Don't even complain!!! This is what you deserve!!!"

Samsung India Service Center — AC servicing
We had purchased two Samsung Airconditioners in April / May 2009. There were problems during installation itself, however, now one airconditioner is leaking and another has a foul smell eminating from it. We had lodged complaints with the service center in these regards on 5th July 2010. Technicians from Samsung have visited our home several times and have told us that the problem has been resolved, but both problems still continue. They have even collected a service fee in this respect. They came back when we informed them that the problem persists and told us to have all the tubing changed (we purchased the same), however, the problem still persists. They came back and again did some repair work and asked for a further fee, which we refused to pay. The problem still persists - they were required to send us a senior technician who never turned up. I am pregnant and the baby is due in less than 2 weeks - so this has been more frustrating.We buy products from reputed companies so that after sales services are good, but if we cannot expect this quality, why do we pay premiums for the same? The ACs are barely a year old.
I hope that you will be able to take action against these people so that other customers do not suffer in future.
