[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — poor customer response | |
i had purchased samsung fully loaded washing machine on 20.01.2009 from vasanth and co dealer and till now no demo had been given for the washing machine. Inbetween i personally called customer careand registered a complaint on 22 01 2009 reg the demo and as per the compalint it will sorted within 48 hrs but still there is no response and thy had given an service center no of chennai and they informed the complaint will be attened by 21 01 2009 by 8 pm still no one turned up when i enquired about the query reg the complaint on 25 01 2009 to customer care the response is very pathetic one person said it will be attended and one mr arjun who is team leadeer says that it will attended by tuesday on 27th reg this pl help on the same my comp no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Samsung Automatic washing machine — VERY poor response on service under warranty
Dear sir / Madam ,I live in Uran i have a washing machine of samsung i bought it about a year ago now suddenly my machine stopped working and its electronic panel stopped giving any response to the feed of button signals .I called Samsung Service department on 9th of october .I registered my complaint and they told me that a peson will get in touch in about a weeks time there person came to my house he checked the machine and found malfunctioning of electronic panel he told me that he will come about in two days and bring the new part with him now when he came back he came back with used part which was not functioning he told me that he will come in 2 days of time again . It has been about 8 days that this service man has not come back whenever i call they say it will take another 1 week of time to come . I want to complaint about SAMSUNG brand for not providing the customer proper service which they mention it in their warranty card .
They obide many points mentioned in the Warranty card . I would like you to take some action against them . Waitng for your reply .

Ever since I bought a machine WA.80VAL (SL NO.WO9552CQA 02297A) bought on 15.11.2008 from BIG BAZAR, Trichur, Kerala, this has been giving me a fault that the machine's FILTER gets accumulated with sediments like dissolved paper (cardboard like) in water and alarms "check filter " following a wash. When reported to the engineer nerby from the service center over Punkunnam railway station he said there is no chance to get dissolved plastic into the filter. When I checked this sediments may have come through the water inlet into the filter. I did not think this service technician will solve the problem. Please advise the tech accordingly. this is covered by the warrenty.

We had some fault in our washing machine and I reported customer care. Your service engineer came and attends the fault. On that time I missed my original bill. Even though I have warranty card for those machines, your service representatives suggested that now we can avail paid service and later if we were able to find the purchase bill the amount paid will be refund. Based on that confirmation we availed the maintenance service for my machine. Now within few days we were able to provide the bill but it has been refused for refund.
