[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — exactly after warranty period Pcb got defunct | |
We had purchased Samsung Washing Machine on 18/8/2010from sales corner op road baroda was delivered on 19/8/2008 and was insatlled on 20/8/2008, it stopped working on 19/8/ and we complained to it service centre who did not attend service on that day and came next day to check on 20/8/2010 and said it pcb is not working and need to be changed and will cost rs 2000 and above , we said it is under gaurateee as we are given a gaurantee of two years and it is excalty two yaers on this day and you should consider it change the part free so they came on next day and charged us rs 2000 for the same and changed it Prs service vadodara 21/8/2010 call no [protected] set serial no l08052cq700638x model nowa85uplecxtl product seril no w08052cx700638x , please reimburse us the amount of rs 2000 they charged from us Was this information helpful? | |

Samsung — Regarding the Reimbursement of the washing machine
We purchased the above mentioned Washing machine model for Rs. 9990/- with invoice no: dated 1st Jan 2010 from Croma-Star Bazaar, Kormangala, Bangalore.Down the usage period of the washing machine for 8 months, we faced an issue with our machine that its not getting on though the power supply is correctly given.
We registered a complaint with the Samsung Service Centre on 27th Aug 2010 and the techinal engineer who visited our placed reported that the PCI board has burst out and also said that 'Since its within Warranty period the washing machine can be replaced'.
We then visited the Samsung service center located in BTM-Silkboard Road, Bangalore and enquired resarding the same with the concerned person Mr. Babu Rao.
He assured us that the amount of the machine would be reimbursed as a cheque in the name of my husband within 15-20 working days. Hence, after 15-20 days we have been trying to get the status of our cheque, but all time in vain.
We get various lame excuses from the same person as he post-pones the time-period by each week and its been more than a month (from the date of registering complaint) we are running after this. I am really frustated with your customer service and never face such a situation.
