[Resolved]  Samsung Washing Machine — Faulty machine delivered and not responding at customer care and service engineer

I took Samsung washing machine from GIRIAS on 31st July and took delivery on 3rd August. From Day-1 it is not working. Demo engineer came and told me that it has major problem, complain at service centre. I gave complaint in Samasung Customer care in Bangalore @[protected] and they gave me reference number [protected]. I booked complaint on 10th Aug. Till now no one service engineer visited my place. When ever I Call customer care, they say, Engineer will come today. Please let me know anyone knows about consumer court info, to go through this issue.

Here are some more info about my complaint info.
Customer care Executives responded are Mr. Prem, Mr Aravind
and Team Lead who promised in phone is Mr. Arjun.
They provided one phone number of service engineer Mr Adil [protected]. This man always switch off his mobile.
Some times it will ring but no answer.

This is inform you that our fully automatic washing is totally breakdown since from one month, we continously complaing your call center and our local service center they not even sending one service engineer, whenever we are asking about the status of our complain they noteven told that. though we already have
lots of samsung product but we are really disappointed by your service and now i decide to go for consumer forum .
no repsonse at all from the service engineer. samsung is known have no regard to ists customer, unfortunately we have all samsung products, and now we have realised to late that they have no customer care in their mind. My washing machine broke down days back and still inspite of repeated reminders to the call centre there has been no response at all. i feel i should throw it in bin or at their faces and i wish the latter would have been possible. who ever the customer care director or whoever is sitting on the top in their cushion chairs, please understand the customer, we buy expensive goods to help us to make life easier and u at samsung are making life miserable for the common man who spends hard earned money on expensove stuff only to face problems especially with your horrible samsung service .
We are given complaints at Pondicherry for several time. but they counld not give any response in this regards. Kindly take action in this regards
I had registered a complaint reagrding my W machine breakdown on 16th of Dec, & every day from then till now am calling customer service only to get a revert that they will call back & it had never happened yet & nobody at the customer service has any clue as towhats happeninig with my service quiery.

Its the worst experiance to fight with people who have no idea on what to revrt ..!!!... IF SAMSUNG DOES NOT KNOW WASHING MACHINE BUSINESS WHY THE HELL IS IT IN SELLING THESE MACHINES ????

very poor customer service...very worst...
i had purchased a samsung automatic washing machine electric audio vision police bazar shillong on 09.03.2008. however, by november 2009 the machine has stopped functioning totally. Service emgineer visited and reported that the drainage motor is spoiled and also some software parts. Machine not yet repaired as shillong service centre reported that spare parts not available for this new machine. No repair or refund has taken place inspite of the warranty given by a reputed company like samsung. please help.

Hi Team,

I had an issue with my wasihing machine hence i called up and gave a complaine refer no : [protected], service eng verifyed and said that the issue is with the spare and he is yet to get the spare.

I am called almose 5 time and I dont find any response given.

Do look into the issue.

I am not happe with the customer service and response given.
Refer BP No: [protected], service request lodged on 26th April 2010.
Service person visited on 27th April 2010 and told me that ECB has to be replaced and cannot be repaired. He told me that it will be repaired by 30th May 2010 or max by 3rd may 2010.
But today is 8th May 2010, and till now there is no response, no one even bothered to update me the status. I have called your customer service centre for 5 times...kindly look into this matter on priorty.
I purchased samsung assuming they are brand conscious and will have good customer service, but I think now I made a mistake by purchasing samsung. I

Hi,

Even am facing the same problem like yours, but in chennai. From the first day itself, the washing machine is giving problem. Customer care people always say the same reply that we will replace your machine.

Please let me know how to file a case in the consumer court. I'm just so frustrated with their appalling service. I really want to sue this company and get compensation for the money, time and effort spent by us.
i have washing machine model wa90u3wdp since we bought the unit we experience after washing is complete a black soft dirt like mad stick on cloth and we think that might be because its new and there some foam material that is in the tub inner portion but then till the time goes buy lots of this black soft material appear in the cloth and some bigger sludge material were noticeable .May i ask the samsung service if this is normal or there is some place that i can remove this black soft material that keep mixing with the laundry
