[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Panel problem | |||
Sir, I purchased a whirlpool washing machine from Reliance Digital, Gurgaon, whose details are given below: - Model - WHITEMAGIC PRO XL 800H Colour - Cherry Red S. No. - INF[protected] Model No. -11585 Date of Mfg. - 04 Feb 2010 Date Of Purchase - 02/03/2010 I am writing this mail to you because I'm tired a lot by calling and calling your customer care again and again. And all the response I got from there is not at all satisfactory. It has been more than 45 days that I'm not able to use the machine. The problem arose firstly on or around 2nd September 2012 which caused the panel to stop working. I called your customer care and the guy came and told me that the panel is faulty and as I already had subscribed for the AMC for 2 years VIDE APPLICATION FORM CUM RECEIPT NO. 80676 dated 26/11/10 for the period of 03/03/12 till 02/03/14. He changed the panel after a follow up for 3-4 days. After he changed the panel, when I turned on the machine, the panel again went down and stopped working. Again a long follow up and complaints for more than 8-9 days lead to the change of the panel again. After that the machine worked well for just 6-7 days and again the panel stopped working again. A series of complaints are going from my side again n again and I'm facing a lot of problems because of the machine. I think your engineers are installing a new panel, I think they install an older one that's why the panel goes off again n again. Please look into the matter and ask your engineer to fix a fresh and new panel which works fine or I request you to replace my washing machine, so that I may not be disturbed due to such silly problems again n again Thanks n regards Manglesh Dua [protected] R/o 18/13, second floor, Ashok Nagar, New Delhi -110018 Was this information helpful? | |||
