Sansui Hard Rock 21 Eye — worst customer care
I have placed a complaint regarding my ctv HR-21eye for not working on 30th Sept'08 to chandigarh Sansui Service Center but till date there is no response.on giving number of reminder calls to the concerned person reply is technition is coming today. the said ctv is in warranty & in 10 days its going to expire.The local service centre always says that the complaint will be done today. what should i do now? They provide such a poor service to customers.
