I had launched a complaint on 16the April regarding Tub problem in sansui washing machine to thee given customer care no([protected]). The complaint number is HYD[protected] thee agent informed me theat executive will be visiting our place in 48 hrs. anotheer complaint was given on 20the April complaint number HYD[protected] still theere is no response from theem i am tired calling theem. They had given me manager number stating to froward complaint to him name:prasad number:[protected]....Kindly take necessary action.

    i purchased a sansui color television in june 2012. i m complaining on[protected] since 1 Feb about raster and color patch problem on my tv screen but problem has not been resolved till now. my complain booking no is JAI[protected] & JAI[protected] & JAI[protected]. they sent their service engineer but he was unable to troubleshoot the problem.

    Sansui Television — useless product and company carelessness

    Dear Sir/Madam

    This is to inform you that I have purchases a SANSUI color Television dated 26/01/2010 from a SANSUI Authorised Distributor Name SUNNY ELECTRONICS Near Kirari Chowk Main Mubarakpur Road Delhi-86, During the purchasing time of T.V. Sansui Executive Promised us Warranty for 1 year and prompt service. T.V. is working smoothly but Now 26/09/2010 this is not working properly i.e. (No picture only sound ) Then Dated 26/09/2010 I do a complain for this regard from sunny electronics Where I had purchase the televison he promised us for solution within 3-4 days after four days a Sansui Engineer Came to our home for repairing the T.V. and gone without solution and told us that T.V. Plate is broken and company does not taken warrantee for plate we charged 2500/- for repairing charge with you (during this time I was on my office only my wife and children was in home). When I came to home and my wife telling me all about the Engineer and I checked the condition of T.V. I found that 2 screw of T.V. misplaced and T.V. Body is Cracked where Screw Exist. Now I again complain Sunny Electronics He told us that our work is only company product selling we are not responsible for warranty he gave us Sansui Customer Care no. and says Talk this No. and take Solution. After that we complain customer care 6/10/2010 and he gave us complain No. and promise us for solution within 3-4 days but we got no response then we again complain 10/10/2010 and telling about consumer court then he promised us we solve your case within 2 days after that dated 13/10/2010 We recived a Call form Sansui Engineer (which was came previously who are demanding us 2500/- rupees for solution) and again demanding 2500/- rupees when I refused for this he told us that you are broken your T.V. and Now your Warranty is Over , When I say that If We damage the T.V. then why other Part is safe like as T.V. glass or T.V. body Etc. why only inner Part like plat?? And we do not give you any money then he talk us badly and say that now I have no time for you and cut the phone.
    Now today 16/10/2010 we till now receive any response from SANSUI side

    We want to repair or Replacement of T.V.

      HARASSMENT
      With reference of above this is to inform you that i was purchase a new mobile from TV18 Hom shopping network limited vide Invoice No. [protected] Dated 27.02.2013 Item Code S50BLKSLV-M and with in 15 days mobile phone give me a problem in keypad, and i complaint to at customer care contact No.[protected] vide complaint no. [protected] dated 16.03.2013 at 12:55 PM but till date i have no response aginst this complaint furhter i send the mobile at Sansui Center for checking vide Job Card No. PUN[protected] Dated 16.03.2013 at Balaji Electronics, 60 Bhadour House, Ludhiana they sent the Handset to Company till date i have not received the set. i am daily calling to Balaji Electronics for my Handset they saying they have not received the set from company i am so fedup and very big harrasment. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          Dear sir,
          i purchased an lcd tv of sansui co. From maheshwari enterprises jabalpur on 28/11/2011.model no. is 3290yh scheme no.[protected].But I m very upset. Due to bad manufacturing quality of this tv.From march 2012 this tv has creating problems.sometime remote don't work.sometimes it shut down automatically.When I cpmpained to local service centre.they came in weeks and repaired it temporarily.This problem remained many times.They have replac..ed it' pc for four times.Now my warranty period is ending next month.l m very much worried what would happen next if it will create problem after warranty period.Because this tv has manufacturing defects. I have already written a letter to sansui on 18/09/2012 regarding this by refference of calling to upbhokta forum(registration no.402330).But I still don't received any response from them.I want a new piece of it. So pls do something for me.you r the last hope to save my hard earned money's value."

            I HAD BOUGHT A L.C.D OF SANSUI ON 25 JUNE.AFTER SOME DAYS THERE WAS SOME DISPLAY PROBLEM IN L.C.D.I REGISTERED A TELEPHONIC COMPLAINT ON THEIR TOLL NO.COMPANY ENGINEER CAME A SOLVED THE DISPLAY PROBLEM BUT REMOTE STOPPED FUNCTIONING.ENGINEER TOLD ME THAT HE WILL COME AFTER SOME DAY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.I REGISTERED ANOTHER COMPLAINT(PAT[protected]) BUT THEY DINT SERVICED THE COMPLIANT WITHIN THEIR GIVEN 2 DAYS OF SERVICE PERIOD.AGAIN I CALLED THEM,THEY SAID SAID WE ARE OPENING YOUR CLOSED COMPLAINT AND IT WILL BE SERVIVED WITHIN TWO DAYS BUT IT DINT HAPPEN.I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.MY CELL NO IS [protected]

              Hi,

              My name is Uma.
              My service request for Sansui is- GHA[protected].

              My husband has purchased a Sansui Led on 13/09/2012 and dealer told us that it will be installed within a Day.
              It’s been more than 9 days my LED is not installed yet.

              I have called up customer care several times and they are not helping us.
              According to them, the issue is already escalated.

              They had provided me several different numbers for service engineers and for service centre heads. Service engineers are not picking up the phone and once he picked he said ‘ I am coming’ and then switched off the phone.

              When I called up second time to service centre, they given me different service engineer number and that engineer done the same thing ‘I am coming’ and then switched off the phone.

              It seems like I have done the biggest mistake of my life by buying this Sansui LED.
              I got fed up calling customer care , service engineers and service centers.

              Please help………….

                I purchased Sansui LCD 55 cm Model:S2220YM-L, Serial No :[protected] from Vijaypur, Jammu in the state of J&K.
                My LCD stop working in May 2012 but Sansui wet site shows error. On 6 August, 2012 Orion Customer Service SANSUI Corporate Office Plot No. 248 (1st & 2nd Floor), Udyog Vihar, Phase – IV, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122015 Tel: (+91) 0124 – 4215400 / 4215402 answered that not a model we are familiar with here at Orion and they only have information for Video products (TVs, & Combos) manufactured for use in the States. Please, help.

                    I bought a new LCD TV of Sansui from a nearest dealer, at 10500, within 15 days it stopped working. I raised complaint, a person came to check the problem, he said that some part has to be replaced but that part is not currently available. These companies now a days are manufacturing cheap quality products.

                    Till know I didn't get any solution. I am regretting my decision to buy this companies TV

                      I had purchased a Sansui 32” LCD TV on 02/05/2011 (Model No. S3281XW-M, Sl. No.[protected] from Das Electronics, Mithapukur, Burdwan. After approximately 2-3 months of purchase my TV stopped working. I called the customer care for Servicing. Service Engineer visit my place on the next day and after inspecting the TV informed that the Mother Board of the TV is to be replaced. I feel very sorry to say that I got the TV back in working after appx. 2and half month. In the mean time I have called the customer carew several times, which you can check from your record. Also visited the Service Centre several times.

                      However that chapter was closed. But on 21/3/2012 again my TV stopped working. I called the Customer care on the same day (ID- ASA[protected], 21/3/2012). Again the service engineer visit my place and after inspecting informed that the POWER SECTION board has bad and is to be replaced. After several calls to the customer care and visiting the Service Centre, Service Centre asked me to send the TV to their place so that they can check that thorowly. I did the same.

                      On 23/04/2012 (i.e. after ONE MONTH) Service Centalled me and informed that my TV is ready. I collected my TV at 6:00pm. From 8:00 pm it again started malfunctioning. I immediately informed the Service Centre. On the very next day Service Engineer arrived and after inspecting told that the TUNER CARD is to be replaced.

                      The warranty period of my TV has been expired on 1/3/2012, however I have lodged the complain before that. NOW PLEASE TELL ME in this 365 days I have hardly enjoyed the TV for 250 days. Rest of days it has benn travelled around the SERVICE CENTRE. Except the Cabinet all parts became faulty. I have called the Service Centre several times to replace the TV. But, they are telling that it is not possible. After purchasing TV with RS 27000/-, if someone face such problem then WHAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                      pinnacle tv tuner card — service delay

                      i bought a pinnacle tv tuner card on 13/09/07. due to technical reasons, i returned it to the dealer for service on 23/06/08. they told me that it will be ok in a week or 10 days. but till today(01/09/2008) i didn't get my thing repaired.

                      I am highly disappointed with the service of sensui.

                      I am afroz alam from Jamia nagar. I logged complain dt. 10.05.09 (complain number DEL [protected]) regarding TV which i purchasd 7 months back. One person came ON 13TH MAY from Ruchica services, okhla & taken TV Board & some item from TV.
                      I am regularly chasing them for corective my TV but they have no any logical reasons. They told they need to change IC but IC is not available in service centre & in market. They told me yesterdy that they will take another 5 days for the same.

                      I am surprised to know that parts of sensui is not available in service centre & too much delay in providing services.

                      I did not watch lok shanha election result & not watching IPL due to wrost service of sensui.

                      It is my request to do needful urgently.

Ramesh came without touching tv he was saying that Parts was not available & Making many pretence . after making call to company's local (Raipur, C.G) on phone no. [protected] & [protected], En. Ramesh was asking whether we have Original Bill and warranty card.After saying that we have Original Bill and warranty card he again said that parts is not available. after contact many days to local (Raipur, C.G) on phone no.                       Sansui — delay in service within warranty period

                      sir, i purchased a sansui 21'' colour television from bubber radio engineers, shop no 108-110 rai market ambala cantt on 02 july 09 and the bill no is 8370. after around one month of purchase i noticed its left speaker not working. a complaint was registered in their customer care on 31 july 09 and i was provided with a complaint no kar[protected] and as per them their repo came to us on 01 aug 09. he tried but not suceeded as the speaker was unserviceable. then he took the speaker along with him and told us that he will re-visit on 03 aug 09, but no one came to us till date. several times i made contact with the customer care. they gave us another no. but i could not make contact with them.now i am totally depressed about what to do as i am defence employed(air force) and the only entertainment is my television when i am back from my duty. please do something in this regard as i am helpless and totally unsatisfied with their response.

                        i purchased sansui lcd from best price indore and after billing the behavior of employees are very poor. and i have major problem with my lcd is that in lcd the vedio from usb are not supported. also i have complain 4 to 5 times to sansui officials and best price also but no proper response is given.

                          I am also suffering from agony due to their indifferent attitude towards complain of customer.they are so careless insensitive that after lodging a complain on05/04/2012 vide complain no.-KOL-[protected] their technician attended on same day but was unable to rectify.So they took the mother panel with them for further repair,promising to made good with in 3-4 days.After this the technician not responding to my numerous calls for status.Then I lodged another complain
                          on 11/04/2012 vide complain no.-KOL-[protected] but nothing happened except empty promises.I inquire about it every day to call center but same nothing happens except empty promises and their technician refuse to receive my call.I'm still suffering.....plz help ....what to do next?????

                            i had bought 6 lcd t.v from a reputed dealer in kannur. NIKSHAN ELECTRONICS.after one month 2 to 3 tv had started to have complaints.after two weeks the rest also did not work.when we call the service assistance they say that they will come tomorrow and they dont even turn up.now a days they dont even bother to pick up the call,i have heared that videocon india had taken up sansui,the service people dont even bother to talk to us.i hope that you guys out there will do something regarding the matter,

                              i beg to say that i am purchase SANSUI Splash SA32Y-CO tv in Diwali 2011 from ANTARANG digi world patna they not provide me more information about 2 year extend warranty and they also not provide any information service center to install the wall hanger when i complain the shopkeeper ANTARANG in december last week they told me there is no chance to extend 2 year additional warranty they only install wall hanger so i am not responsible for this huge mistake.
                              for this so what we do sir. shall i go to consumer court to get legal step company/shopkeeper or if any resolution here this is my contact num

                                i bought net sansui s66 hard rock mobile on 2.1.2012. It was sorry to say that the mobile set does not have internet facility, eventhough it has got opera mini.further, while receiving/dealing the call, one sided voice was hearing as a result, my voice was not possible to hear from other side.

                                  HI Team,

                                  We have purchased a LCD manufactured by SANSUI and From BIG BAZAAR (EDM MAll) on 25 dec 2011.
                                  ON 27 dec 2011 engineer came and installed it.It turn on the first day by sansui engineer and then we power it off from the remote and then turn off the electrical switch and after that it never never turn on.(IT was defective from beginning)

                                  From 27 i logged a complaint in sansui customer care saying that it is starting please send some one from sansui to have a look into it.
                                  On 31 some engineer came into my place and have a look into the LCD and then after so many effort he was not able to turn it on and then he open the brand new LCD in from of my eye and then after checking the LCD he told me that the LCD card might be at the fault. and said that we should change the LCD card so that it can work properly.WE SAID DO YOU HAVE THE CARD with you now he said no i dont have it.

                                  Then i have called "n" number of times to the customer care dept so that i can talk to someone on the senior post to have a word .CCE says we will transfer the call to our manager in a while they put me on hold and then call get disconnected. (IT happens 6-8 times all the 6-8 times i had word with different cce.PINKY,ABHISHEK,VIJENDER,ANUJ etc)

                                  I have decided to go to the BIG BAZAAR and discuss the case with MR. RAM (Store manager mobile [protected])

                                  He said please change the card from the sansui dealer and i was so frustrated and mentally harass by sansui CC DEPTT that i give him an offer to replace the LCD with the different brand like SANSUNG,SONY and i will pay you the rest of the amount. HE mentioned that he can not do it because of the company policy.But he helped me with a number of SANSUI service manager of my area his name is SUDHIR SHARMA mobile [protected] . And discuss the case with him.
                                  Sudhir sharma being a very good CCE said today is 31 december 6 PM since he can not do any thing today he requested to get the card/tv repair /replace in the morning at the earliest by 12o clock.

                                  I said fine and as per the engineer visit i plan my day accordingly and 1 Jan 2012 when no one show up in the morning 12 o clock i called him and he said Engineer will come on 5 PM and since i plan my day as per the engineer visit. I literally blasted on him because

                                  1) Product is of third class quality
                                  2) Customer care service is no where in the picture.
                                  3) Its a NEW LCD which is Defective from the beginning and
                                  4) SANSUI does not even know what is CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE
                                  5) I heard that SANSUI is sister concern of VIDEOCON which is known in INDIAN market because of goodwill.
                                  6) I gave an offer to BIG BAZAR to provide me a good quality LCD for which i am ready to pay.
                                  7) Thats how i celebrated my NEW year 2011

                                    i bought a sansui LCD tv on[protected],3 months it worked well but after that some problem occurred i have complaint to their customer care (which says within 24 hour your problem will be solved) after 2-3 complaint after 2-3 months an engineer came he took some part from tv since then my tv in switched off,now i am calling to customer care nobody is responding well i have sent an e-mail to sansui customer care also but got no responce.
                                    Now i don't want that rotten tv, whether they replace it or give my money back.
                                    i am in problem since 4-5 months and nobody is listening now this is my last hope otherwise i'll go to consumer court.

                                      I have purchased a Sensui Digital mp3 Player From Future bazaar on 04 Nov 2011, But I got a nonfunctional piece of this. The mp3 player has not been charged and even is not playing music. its totally worthless for me. kindly do the needful . i want a fresh piece. or refund my ammount which i hhave paid for this.

                                      MP3 PLAYER — it is not charging

                                      recently i bought a click on mp3 player.......but it is not getting charging so kindly replace it or do something on it.....................i thougt that ur company is good.but u people r selling these type products............
